1. James Slipper (Brumbies)
Looks like he should be good to go next week which is a good sign. Has been very strong in the scrum and good around the park.

2. Folau Fainga’a (Brumbies)
Another that has started to turn up week in, week out. Has been consistent with his throws, steers a great maul and runs well.

3. Allan Alaalatoa (Brumbies)
Is a part of a very strong scrum and is a big part of that. Has shown he is a great defender, making lots of tackles and not missing many.

4. Rory Arnold (Brumbies)
Hopefully his ankle injury doesn’t keep him out for long as he is the form lock in Australia. Pillar in the lineout and has started to become a line ender in attack.

5. Izack Rodda (Reds)
The workhorse of the pack. Makes lots of tackles and managed to pinch one or two every week.

6. Luke Jones (Rebels)
Played lock this week but has been getting through a lot of work. Makes his tackles, can run and offload and most importantly is a great lineout option.

7. Michael Hooper (Waratahs)
Not really that much competition at 7 with Pocock still being injured. Liam Wright probably next in line for me. Hooper has an extremely high tackle completion and gets through a lot of them.

8. Isi Naisarani (Rebels)
While not being a class above the rest, Naisarani manages to get through a lot of runs and consistently hitting 40-50 run metres each week, drawing defenders in the process. Pete Samu is closing in behind him.

9. Will Genia (Rebels)
Not the flashiest month for Genia. Even if he hasn’t had the best game you can still see him on the park barking orders and controlling the game. Tate McDermott and Joe Powell are having a fierce battle for the reserve spot though.

10. Quade Cooper (Rebels)
Another that is just holding onto his spot. A few weeks in a show Cooper hasn’t been at his best. Hopefully it’s just a form slump but next is line is Christian Lealiifano.

11. Curtis Rona (Waratahs)
For a player that was known for being a 13, he is showing his class by performing at 11. Makes metres, breaks, offloads and tackle busts.

12. Samu Kerevi (Reds)
By moving back to his favoured position at 12, Kerevi is getting his hands on the ball more frequently and it’s paying dividends for the Reds. Hopefully he can become even more dangerous as the Wallabies will have more options and he won’t be so heavily marked.

13. Tevita Kuridrani (Brumbies)
Has been having good performances for a while now and is slowing creeping back into form of old. Very reliable in defence.

14. Reece Hodge (Rebels)
Even though he has played wing, centre and fullback since his return from injury he does the same thing he always does. Tackles hard, runs hard and kicks long. Also gives us another good place kicker if Cooper isn’t having a good night.

15. Tom Banks (Brumbies)
Has been having some really top notch performances. Runs great lines and another great general play kicker. With Haylett-Petty returning from injury he will compete with him for the starting spot in the next few weeks.
