Parramatta v Manly
Despite being on the wrong end of a heavy penalty count, a great display of attacking rugby helped Parramatta to a comfortable win over Manly. The visitors were unable to cope with the speed and accuracy of the Two Blues, who crossed six times, with flyhalf Tom Woods bagging a hat-trick. Fullback Dan Rawaqa also impressed for Parra, scoring twice himself and setting up several others. Despite three tries of their own, the Marlins were unable to keep pace with their western Sydney rivals, going down 41-7.
