The Wallabies have moved onto Turin where they will take on Italy on Saturday. After last weeks disappointing loss to England, coach Ewen McKenzie had a fair bit to think about during the week but has announced his squad of 23 to take on The Azzuri with most of last week’s starting side retained.
The Wallabies have only one change in the starting lineup with Scott Fardy ruled out after suffering concussion with his place to be taken by Rob Simmons. On the bench there are three changes with Kane Douglas, Ben McCalman and Bernard Foley dropped and in their places are Dave Dennis, Liam Gill and Joe Tomane.
The Italians have not won a Test against Australia in 15 attempts although they have pushed the Wallabies close in previous encounters in Italy, including last years match in Florence where the Wallabies got home by just three points after giving up a 16 point lead. The Italians love a scrum and it will be an area they will look to exploit to get them on the front foot.
