Little bit of movement at the top of the table this week, making things interesting heading to the semis. An off round by ManBearPigs saw him relinquish the lead, with scrumblue taking over top spot. Steven Hawking and SuperMango20 follow just behind. All four managers are in the top 70 globally which is pretty damn impressive. They’re the ones keeping our league average at number 1 again. Bobas notched a great score after having the foresight to make Quade his captain and is now within fingertips of the top 5. And Newb Hunter has overtaken a humbled Newb, adding insult to injury after a poor week from myself. Well done sir. QC certainly went out with a bang, collecting 98 points and cementing his spot as top fantasy scorer of the year. Now for the other members of the Fantasy Wallaby squad…. I took a liberty or two in the final list. But it’s a pretty good indication now that all teams have played out their games. The picking of the forwards was all straight forward and by the points. So no issues there. Pretty decent looking pack too. Baxter probably won’t get there but to see the other seven as the run ons wouldn’t be out of sorts. Pocock’s total is something special because of all the games he missed, but Elsom and Alexander were the picks of the year. Genia is a man on his own when it comes to scrummies. No one could touch him. Cooper and Mitchell were the commanding picks of the backs. Excellent years by both by fantasy measures (and otherwise). Diggers was in fact a winger, but the options for starting outside center were so attrocious that I couldn’t force myself to go with anyone else. Inman and Chambers didn’t have the point totals despite their good play. Same with Horne and TSmith. So it was down to Chariots (TCarter) or Cross. Carter was outscored by quite a few others so I decided to go with Cross but only on the bench. It was a compromise, so deal with it. Hynes was the best scoring fullback, so he gets that spot and Turner was the next best wing so he’s last in to the XV. Cross covers the centers so I needed a replacement for the back 3. Beale had the best numbers out of all that fit that requirement, beating out AAC and McCabe. The real loser in all this is Ant Faingaa, who was squeaked out by Cross. No room for Hangers, Barnes, or Gits. Good luck setting up your teams for the semi-finals and enjoy the unlimited transfers. Choose wisely!

Prediction
The last time the Force won in New Zealand was in 2014, beating the Highlanders in Dunedin, while it’s been nine years since the Force have tasted Super Rugby success against the Blues. It’s going to take a monumental effort
