VIBE
The RWC game started like usually when Manu Samoa is involved, with a huge collision between Eagle Thretton Palamo and Manu midfielder Rey Lee-Lo, Lee-Lo being at the receiving end. After that the game itself left alot to desire, there indeed was alot of attacking intent from both sides, mostly bombed with bad handling or trying the miracle offload by Manu and Eagles were really let down by their disclipine, conseding lots of penalties(some might say referee George Clancy was harsh on them).
The attacking flair by Manu was too much in the end for the Eagles, even they only scored two tries, they got enough field position by running the ball and Eagles gave enough penalties away for out half Tusi Pisi to keep the scoreboard ticking out of USA’s reach. USA rallied late in the game and got their second try with only 5 minutes to go, but failed to get another score to reach the losing BP, FT Manu Samoa 25-USA Eagles 16

Tries: Tim Nanai-Williams, Ofisa Treviranus

INCIDENTS OF NOTE
Despite the woeful handling and sloppy play, there were few nicely worked tries, Tusi Pisi grubbering through twice with good results and Eagle out half AJ MacGinty running deep from their own half to set up a try from turnover play.
SHOULD I WATCH IT?
Just watch the highlight package, too much scrappy play to really enjoy.
