Despite the scoreline there were some mixed performances on the weekend. Here then are are my Wallabies player ratings against Uruguay. How do they tie up with yours?

1. Scott Sio
Was part of a dominant scrum, made all his 10 tackles and got a clean pilfer. 6[/one_third][one_third last=”no”]
2. Tatafu Polota-Nau
Looked like a hooker who knew he had to play for the full 80, made 9 tackles and missed one, threw a few crooked lineouts 5[/one_third][one_third last=”yes”]
3. Toby Smith
Scrummed well at tight-head, but when he went to LHP the scrum wasn´t that dominant anymore, added nothing in the loose. 4[/one_third][one_third last=”no”]
4. Dean Mumm
Stole 4 and took 4 lineouts on our own ball, the scrum was good with him in 2nd row and took his try well. 7[/one_third][one_third last=”no”]
5. Will Skelton
The scrum went fine while he was on, but only 25 meters of 7 carries, zero offloads and on warning for a high shot is not a good performace against Uruguay. 3[/one_third][one_third last=”yes”]
6. Ben McCalman
Busy afternoon for Big Dog, won a few TOs, made 8 tackles and got himself a brace for reward. 7[/one_third][one_third last=”no”]
7. Sean McMahon
A freak by nature, made a team high 13 tackles, scored a brace, was chasing kicks, ran 67 meters with the ball mostly through contact, will he get a bench spot for England? GAGR MoM 8[/one_third][one_third last=”no”]
8. Wycliffe Palu
He just is not up to it anymore, 7 tackles for a half of rugby and no carries is no standard for a test number 8. Propably the last we saw him in gold.3[/one_third][one_third last=”yes”]
9. Nick Phipps
I didn´t see any howlers, but then he wasn´t going 30 paces all over the place, set up Mumms try very nicely 6[/one_third][one_third last=”no”]
10. Quade Cooper
Well that was a two sided coin from Quade, some touches of brilliance and then a stupid YC and 6 missed place kicks, if we add everything together it was just an average performance. 5[/one_third][one_third last=”no”]
11. Drew Mitchell
Started very nervously with bad handling, but went better as the game got older, same as Quade, points deduction for errors. 6[/one_third][one_third last=”yes”]
12. Matt Toomua
Did not really push his selection with that performance, still overall solid. 6[/one_third][one_third last=”no”]
13. Henry Speight
Playing out of position, still racked up nice stats with 105 meters from 12 carries and a solid 10 tackles, point deduction for bad handling and throwing an intercept. 6[/one_third][one_third last=”no”]
14. Joe Tomane
A solid performance, put in a nice chip behind the Uruguay back filed defence too. 6[/one_third][one_third last=”yes”]
15. Kurtley Beale
Good in attack, should have backed himself from the quick lineout instead of throwing a 50/50 infield. Defence still a big concern with 2 tackles out of 5 7[/one_third]
