Barbarians to Ease Pain
Wallaby captain Stephen Moore is hopeful the Barbarians match against Argentina will help ease the pain of the Paris terror attacks.
“Sport is one of those vehicles where people who might be doing it tough can come out and see a different side of life and, even if it is only for an hour or two, it can help,” he said.
“If there is an opportunity for people to do that; if we can contribute in any way for people to come and enjoy the game and perhaps remove themselves a bit from that tragedy then that would be great.
“I know everyone in Australia is sending their best wishes to everyone involved. It’s just terrible. France is a close associate of Australia and both countries get along well and we have a long history together.

Baabaa’s Smash Gloucester
Michael Cheika’s Barbarians have defeated Gloucester 62-14 in Kingsholm.
Gloucester conceded 10 tries in a star studded Barbarians line up which included
Wallabies winger Joe Tomane scored a double whilst Fiji’s powerhouse Nemani Nadolo, All Blacks Nehe Milner-Skudder, Ryan Crotty and Waisake Naholo, South Africa’s Lood de Jager and Pat Lambie, Ardie Savea and Tawera Kerr-Barlow all supplying the tries.

Jones Looking Likely
Former Wallabies coach Eddie Jones is looking increasingly likely to become the next head coach of England.
Jones is now at 3/1 odds with some betting agencies after big money has been flowing in for him.
“Jones has also publicly distanced himself from the England vacancy, but he is in fact interested in succeeding Lancaster and now he is the leading contender to do so,” wrote The Daily Mail’s Chris Foy.
“The bookmakers are usually well informed and many have suspended betting after the sudden spike in wagers on Jones. But it is thought talks are in the preliminary stage, so this is by no means a done deal — especially as reports in France have claimed Montpellier coach [Jake] White had a meeting with the RFU last Friday while he was in London.”

Ab’s Retain Coaches
All Blacks assistant coach Ian Foster has extended his contract the New Zealand rugby until the end of 2017.
Forwards coach and scrum coach Mike Cron has also signed on for a further two years.
“They have both played a major part in making this team what it is,” said All Blacks head coach Steve Hansen who is also signed until 2017.
“They understand the culture and what’s required in the Test arena to make a team successful, and will be vital in making sure that we continue to grow our game in the years ahead.”
