I had one beer with Moses at the Fox + Lion after the game and he was quite coherent. Didn’t look like he’d had 5 beers beforehand. What? they were only VBs. That explains it.
At least you didn’t have a beer at the Olympic – $6 for a quasi-schooner. It was cheaper to drink at the bloody footy. Rubbish game with shit handling. Beale was sound in a number of positions; SNK had a great positional kicking game and Burgess had a crisp passing game. Can anyone tell me who that massive unit for the Brumbies was? Does Radike Samo have a brother/clone?
Can’t remember Holmes doing anything of note, Brumbies were scrappy in the first half and dropped a heap of ball. Maybe he put Sheehan in the blood bin? Phibbs came on for him at some point, had this blonde mullet going. Quick tap caught the Tahs napping and Christian Lealiafano sped away for their first try.
#18 for the Tahs was a man-mountain too, had a good foot on everyone else or so it seemed..

First pony try was scored by Lealiafano. Try spelling that on a Nokia and following the game, good luck.
Their second try came from a “SHORT” lineout, TPN wasn’t blocking Moore, probably after he got pinged for not throwing 5m in the 3N. this one was 2m, but then thye ran it up the blind side and pulled off a nicely worked try.
