Kurtley’s defence have now satisfied the independant tribunal that a mysterious second texter was involved, quite possibly from a grassy knoll. Today we hear that Alan knows, the ARU don’t care, and Kurtley is relieved the situation has been dealt with. But has it? OWC visited the 2GB offices in the hunt for answers, and uncovered a critical piece of evidence. Here is what appears to be an unorthodox investigative aid that has cracked the case wide open for Alan and his team.
With the end-of-year tour leaving in 40 hours and the ARU’s bargaining position not looking strong, it’s understood Cheika is playing hardball about pay and conditions. His list of demands are said to include relocation of ARU HQ from St Leonards to Coogee, re-enforcement of coaching boxes at all Australian grounds, and the implementation of a revised organisational structure. Stand by for an announcement at 12:30pm to see what flies, and please share any further demands in the comments below.
Here at G&GR we strive to bring you the finest merchandise while helping our Super Rugby partners at the same time. And we’ve done it again with this special new item – THE AUTHENTIC WARATAHS DUMMY, fresh and ready for spitting! Bought by the case, no TRUCKLOAD by the Waratahs themselves, these little suckers are BUILT RIGHT – and we’ve got the shattered plate glass door in Canberra to prove it! But don’t believe us, read what our best customer has to say about it: “Yeah, it’s alright. Now fuck off.” And if you order now, you’ll also receive these…
In an open letter yesterday, Waratahs CEO Jason Allen has asked all Tah fans for feedback on the service and facilities at Allianz Stadium (the SFS to you and me). We strongly encourage all our fans and members to send their feedback on their gameday experience directly to the SCG Trust, the organisation responsible for operational aspects including the scheduling of other games at Allianz Stadium and the SCG, transport, parking and food and beverage. You can do this online or by calling them on (02) 9360 6601. Via one of our intern special agents, G&GR has exclusively gained access to some notable pieces…
It seems everything these days is Waratahs this and Waratahs that, and here at Waratah & Waratahs Rugby it’s just the same. Eagle eyed punters among us would have spotted Waratah coach Michael Cheika giving a preview of some of his pre-season activities in the lead up to the weekends game against the Reds. Lucky for you, G&GR has been given exclusive access to an exciting new artist, Michael Cheika, and his burgeoning portfolio before it goes on a National tour visiting Canberra, Brisbane, Melbourne and Perth as well as brief showings in South Africa and New Zealand. These sketches…
A great player and probably a top fella, but sometimes it’s best to leave things unsaid, after Rob Kearney called the Wallabies ‘clueless’ earlier this week. https://twitter.com/sinclair_hugh/status/401836070439899136 https://twitter.com/sinclair_hugh/status/401836171229024256 https://twitter.com/sinclair_hugh/status/401836316062515200 https://twitter.com/sinclair_hugh/status/401836414800625665 https://twitter.com/sinclair_hugh/status/401836522875269120 https://twitter.com/sinclair_hugh/status/401836646053580800 https://twitter.com/sinclair_hugh/status/401836750760198144 thanks to @sinclair-hugh
While covertly filming on behalf of the ARU in Perth, G&GR stumbled across this British Lions whinge checklist in Warren Gatland’s manbag.
