The Western Force have finalized their player allocations for the 2025 Fortescue Men’s Premier Grade season, reinforcing their commitment to grassroots rugby in Western Australia.
Representatives from Premier Grade clubs gathered at Rugby HQ to meet with Force Super Rugby Pacific and Fortescue Academy players, as well as RugbyWA staff, to solidify these allocations.
Local talents such as Carlo Tizzano (UWA), Issak Fines-Leleiwasa (Perth Bayswater), Reesjan Pasitoa (Perth Bayswater), Kane Koteka (Wests Scarborough), and Marley Pearce (Joondalup Brothers) continue their associations with their respective clubs.
Force CEO Niamh O’Connor emphasized the importance of these allocations, stating, “As WA’s elite rugby club, we’re conscious of the role we play with community and grassroots rugby in this state, growing the game, assisting development and raising the quality of the game to grow WA players.”
RugbyWA CEO Simon Taylor added, “Having these players active in our community plays an important role in the growth and development of the game, in addition to allowing for younger players to see clear pathways, promoting excellence and success within our local competitions.”
The 2025 Fortescue Premier Grade season is set to kick off later this year, with the Western Force’s Super Rugby Pacific campaign commencing on February 15 at HBF Park against Moana Pasifika.
