News just in that James Horwill has been cleared to play in the deciding Lions test this weekend.
Appeal officer Graeme Mew declined to uphold the appeal, saying the original judgment was correct in law and principle.
Mew said
‘There was sufficient evidence upon which a reasonable Judicial Officer could have reached the decision that was made.
It could not be said that the Judicial Officer was manifestly wrong or that the interests of justice otherwise required his decision be overturned.’
What do you reckon – was this the right decision?
