Steve: Yeah mate, I guess I probably need to explain a few things too. But listen, you know, it was just the heat of battle and all that. I got a bit fired up.
Steve: Well, I guess we could both learn a few things huh. But listen mate, let’s just put it behind us and get on with it this weekend.
Steve: Yeah, good one Mate. Maybe we could catch up for a few beers after the game – oh no, hang on. We might scrap that.
Steve: Haha, yeah it mightn’t be such a great idea.
Steve: Well, listen mate I’d better go
Steve: Yeah, OK Mate, look thanks for ringing to apologise. I think it –
Steve: Hang on, I didn’t ring to apologise. I rang to sort a few things out
Steve: Mate, I really think you owe me an apology
Steve: Be fucked I do, ask around mate, everyone is blaming you!
Steve: Up your arse you (inaudible)! Blaming me? Mate, you should ask around – everyone is saying what a shit year you’re having and you’ll never get another test match.
Steve: Fuck you, mate. You should have heard what Phil was saying about you in the tunnel at half-time. He was calling you a fucking no talent who should have retired by now.
Steve: Oh, that little prick- well fuck him too. See you Saturday mate, you’re in for a shocker I can tell here and now. I’ll make sure of it!
