Folau Happy Wherever
Israel Folau says he is happy to play outside centre or fullback for the Wallabies but it is becoming likely that coach Michael Cheika will keep the star player at the back.
“To be honest, I really enjoy playing both but it’s quite nice to know that there’s just one role I [will] play,” Folau said.
“If it is fullback then I’m happy to be playing there.
“It’s obviously a position I’m very familiar with and I’ll go out there and give it my all for the team and that’s what it’s all about for me.”

Life and Death
Australia have not held the Bledisloe Cup in 13 years and New Zealand are desperate to keep it.
“It is life and death,” he said.
“There’s a lot of expectations, New Zealand-Australia, Bledisloe Cup, it doesn’t get any bigger.
“There’s a special trophy that Australia are dying for and we are dying to keep, so it’s going to be tough out there.“
“Guys are going to be throwing their bodies around and there’s going to be times when we’re under pressure but that’s why we play the game because you want to be at the top.”

Clark Signs with Tahs
Cam Clark has signed a two year deal with the NSW Waratahs after five years in the Australian Sevens program.
Waratahs head coach was delighted with the signing.
“Cam has had a hugely successful career in Sevens already. He looks a dangerous and threatening player with ball in hand so I’m looking forward to working with him,” Gibson said.
“He’s looking for a challenge back in 15s and will no doubt add to the competition for spots next season.
“He’s recently been named in the Sydney Rays for this year’s NRC, which will be a great opportunity for him to find his feet and transition from Sevens.”

Moala Injured
All Blacks centre George Moala will miss Saturday’s test match after sustaining a knee injury.
“He came in as a replacement in June,” assistant coach Ian Foster said.
“(He) really took his opportunity well in that third Test and then he did an elbow in that Test, so he’s actually been out for a while and he came back and he was in fantastic shape so signs were looking good and he’s had a little bit of a temporary setback, but that happens in this business.
“He’ll go away and hopefully get that right and hopefully come charging back sooner than later.”
Malakai Fekitoa will likely partner Ryan Crotty in the centres with Sonny Bill Williams already ruled out with an achilles injury.
No replacement has been called up for the Sydney test.
