Here’s my offer of some colouring-in should anyone be interested. It’s not perfect by any stretch, but it kept me off the streets for a couple of weeks during this lean rugby period and it attempts to populate the depleted stocks of Australian rugby art (that aren’t of Campo or Eales, at least).
In deciding who to draw I looked at your best of the decade pdf from last year and wanted to draw 12 that
a) were backs
b) hadn’t gone back to mungo, and
c) had retired.
I relented at the death and put Giteau in because, form slump aside, he is a legend and was a contemporary of most of these guys.
It conveniently makes a handy screen saver – simply
1) print
2) tape to monitor, and
3) go to lunch.
