Wallaby Mental Shift
Wallabies halfback Will Genia says the Wallabies need to let go of their anxieties in order to compete and win against the likes of the All Blacks
“In all honesty, I think it’s probably more a mindset shift than anything else,” he said.
“A lot of times you go into those games thinking or knowing it’s going to be hard, thinking about recent history and things that have happened, games that have been played before.
“It’s a thing where you’ve just got to forget all that sort of stuff, come in and trust the work that you’ve done and go out there and not let the anxiety take over.
“It’s about building mental toughness and resilience and that sort of stuff and if you can do that, you give yourself more of a shot against them.”

Dwyer Praises Turinui
World Cup winning coach Bob Dwyer has endorsed former Wallaby Morgan Turinui as a future Wallabies coach.
Turinui retired in 2014 and then coached French club Lille for a year. Turinui returned to Australia last year and took up a job as attack coach of the Melbourne Rebels.
“He undoubtedly has the potential (to be a Wallabies coach),” Dwyer told foxsports.com.au.
“But potential is one thing, getting there is another.”
“He was the sort of guy who was a student of the game.
“He was very intelligent, very clever, probably could have been a harder trainer.
“But nevertheless, he loved the game, loved playing the game and loved striving to play the game at a superior level, and he’s that sort of coach.
“We were really keen to get him back at Randwick when he came back from Europe, but it was clear to us that he was never going to stay too long with us with all the professional teams around.”

Steelers Win Gold
The Steelers have won the gold medal for the second consecutive Paralympics in the men’s wheelchair rugby.
The Steelers won by just a single point against America after a double overtime thriller.
“I don’t think I’ve ever been happier in my life,” said Steelers star player Ryley Batt after scoring 27 goals in the final.
“I really shouldn’t say that, because I’m married, and the wedding day is meant to be the best day of your life. But I think the missus would agree.”
