The NSW Waratahs Women’s squad recently concluded a 10-day tour across the Tasman, engaging in two challenging fixtures against formidable Kiwi opposition. Under the guidance of Head Coach Mike Ruthven, the team faced the Hurricanes in Palmerston North, resulting in a 41-24 defeat, and battled to a thrilling 36-36 stalemate against the Blues in Auckland.

Additionally, the team is slated for a trial match against the ACT Brumbies at Campbelltown Harlequin Rugby Club in Sydney at 3 pm. This fixture offers another valuable opportunity to fine-tune strategies and solidify combinations before the season’s commencement.
