    Good to read

Great to see. There is plenty to like about the developing culture at the Brumbies.

Which clubs are the Class of 2011 going to?

These boys all played Australian Schools (except Paraka, who made QLD) in 2011 and are in the 40-man squad for the first training camp for the U20's World Championship later this year. Another 2011 schoolboy, Chris Sautia from BSHS, secured a Reds contract and TSS boy Ulupano Seuteni is in the...

How good is it to see Club rugby back. Hopefully get some time to wander down to one of the games this arvo.

    Brumbies 2012

Good to see that Mogg has made the most of his chances but where is Kimami Situati?

    Reds 2013

In terms of recruitment and retention, wasn't there talk of converting Browning to a prop? He certainly looks bulky enough to be one. Centres is an interesting one. A Finger has re-signed and Harris is there as far as 12's go, and if Taps can be retained then that area is well covered. Seuteni...

Waratahs vs Chiefs - Super Rugby RD6 2012

Looking forward to this game. Chiefs have been in good form and the Tah's showed plenty of positive stuff last week. Tah's with the edge in the forwards IMO, and the key being how Barnes gets his backline going.

Brumbies vs Sharks Round 6 Super Rugby 2012

Interesting discussion around the halfback stocks. I think they are both good all round players and complement each other really well. One has major strength as an attacker with x factor, and the other one a good organiser with a superior pass. Great options to be able to utilise depending on...

Reds v. Force Super Rugby Round 6 2012

The Reds forwards will really have their work cutout for them at the breakdown tonight. I know everyone has been talking Pocock up all season, and rightly so as the man is a freak, but Hodgson has also been mighty effective in the loose stuff. Murphy will be one of the keys. Hopefully last...

Rebels v Highlanders Rnd 6 Super Rugby 2012

Disaapointing for the Rebels to be right in the game at halftime and then blown away in the second half but it is no shame going down to the Highlanders. Bloody good side, particularly with Thompson on the paddock, and I really like the look of Smith, the halfback.

Reds v. Force Super Rugby Round 6 2012

Quirky also brings a high work rate to the side. As for playmakers, I think Murphy is the best available, with the possible exception of Matt Brandon. He would also answer the goalkicking conundrum.

Reds v. Force Super Rugby Round 6 2012

Ruggo, Don't know about Morahan at 13? If he is down on confidence after being found out positionally in defence at fullback, things will not get easier defending the 13 channel. He's a great winger, and IMO provides best value there. If Murphy is the playmaker that Link says he is then he...

Reds v. Force Super Rugby Round 6 2012

I will be very interested to see how both teams bounce back from this weekends disappointment. Two different frames of mind, the Force probably feel they let one get away, and the Reds have to pick themselves up off the floor after being towelled up. From a Reds perspective, I wonder who is...

    Brumbies v Highlanders Super Rugby R5 2012

That's the thing about tipping and predictions though, very far from a perfect science. Who would have thought that the Tahs would be 1 from 4 before yesterday, and that the Blues and Highlanders would be in their respective ladder spots in the NZ conference after five rounds? I think the...

What was the final score TD and who played well for Easts?

    2012 IRB Junior World Championship

Who are the halfbacks in the squad outside of Matt Lucas? I thought Waldo Wessels might be a chance, and how old is Stirzacer?

Reds vs Bulls Rnd 5 2012.

I think we were all frustrated RH but it just seemed as though they had run out of ideas, nothing was working, so thought "might as well try the low percentage play and hope for a miracle, couldn't get any worse". Very tough game for Murphy to be making his debut. He seems to be copping a lot...

Reds vs Bulls Rnd 5 2012.

I'll beg to differ on Gill. I thought he showed good urgency when he came on. Agree on Lance though, he made some great tackles and probably made more metres with ball in hand than most. Damn shame about the busted ankle. Another observation - do not let Genia kick for goal again! His...

    Brumbies v Highlanders Super Rugby R5 2012

Well done Brumbies! Top of the OZ conference after Round 5, who'd a thunk? After watching them in the Trial v. the Reds I didn't really hold out much for their chances in 2012, but they are playing very positively as a team, good to see. Big game at Suncorp in a fortnight.

    Waratahs vs Sharks - RD5 2012

That was an enjoyable game to watch and I'm sure that Tah's fans would have been delighted at the intent and positive play of their team.

Reds vs Bulls Rnd 5 2012.

Pretty gobsmacked really, that was an awful result with anything that could go wrong going wrong. I tend to take a 'glass half full"view of things but it was a struggle to do that in the case of the Reds performance. Before we go there though, well done to the Bulls. A dominant performance...
