RWC 2015 Final - Australia v New Zealand, Twickenham, Sunday 1 November, 3:00 AEDT

I know Beale dropped back in defence, but to me that was part of the problem. Things just seemed disorganised in the Wallaby defence when the ABs were bending the line in attack.

Not sure if the question has been answered, but why didn't To'omua replace Giteau? Yes Beale has had a very good tournament and back to some of his running best, but that has been from the back 3 not as a midfielder. At a time when Nonu had been making inroads in the midfield and Carter was...

RWC 2015 Final - Australia v New Zealand, Twickenham, Sunday 1 November, 3:00 AEDT

All the whinging about the ref is a bit disappointing really, when there were clearly issues on both sides of the park in that first half.

Commiserations Brumby. It's tough being on losing side in such a huge match. I remember in 95 all I wanted to do after that Bok drop goal was find every TV that had it on and throw a brick through them. From my side of the couch, I thought Owens was way to lenient on the Aussies at the...

RWC 2015 Final - Australia v New Zealand, Twickenham, Sunday 1 November, 3:00 AEDT

It was awarded a penalty and advantage was given to the Wallabies. They made good metres after that tackle.

Commiserations to the Wallabies and their supporters. One hell of a test match. That second half you boys put us under huge pressure. That drop goal by DC was a momentum changer.

Hahaha Pocock straight in from the side.

Deans hasn't been coach for a while now. I know some may want to forget it happened, but let's not forget the Link era.....

Somehow I don't think England organised the schedule. WR (World Rugby) is responsible for that.

Second and third times as well..... ABs seen at local fish n chips shop taking selfies and having a laugh. They already know the Qantas Unbackable Wallabies have it in the bag and they're just enjoying the week.

Watching day time rugby even on the TV is great. So I'm glad with the starting time. First world problem there Omar, so it's far from 'ridiculous'

Then surely the bookmakers have it all wrong Joe if the ABs are favourites given they haven't proven themselves whereas the Wallabies have proven themselves in spades this tournament. The fans may still rewatch the French test on the IQ and get a few thrills but I doubt the players or coaches...

RWC 2015 Final - Australia v New Zealand, Twickenham, Sunday 1 November, 3:00 AEDT

I may of not read too much press at the time, but I recall the odd article about Cooper, but wasn't that stuff more "fan" (and I use that word in the faintest sense) driven? All the stupid booing etc. Some of the OZ media/commentariat turned on him as well after the toxic comments and...

Pocock, Sio, Folau, Giteau, Crockett, Skudder all with an issue or two to sort out.

Wholeheartedly agree. Just having a bit of fun with the claims it's the ABs that will be "fearing". There will be nerves in players on both sides. Experience will be critical. Both teams have plenty of it. But both teams also have some relative newbies (eg Kurindrani, NMS) that may feel the...

RWC 2015 Final - Australia v New Zealand, Twickenham, Sunday 1 November, 3:00 AEDT

Ahhh yes, the likes of Moore, Pocock and the rest of the squad will be drawing on their past WC glory at Twickers to dig deep..... It will have zero relevance. But a little ol' must win game 4 years ago, when I read all the same things then, too old for the fast Wallabies etc, may be playing on...

RWC 2015 Final - Australia v New Zealand, Twickenham, Sunday 1 November, 3:00 AEDT

I loved the story of the guy that sent the Wallabies a sign of the Telstra Stadium and a map to the Stadium from downtown Sydney after the 2003 WC final. Just as a reminder that they were actually playing at home......
