So what about the alleged unrest about Patson that pre-dates the Dublin incident that's been reported and how would you you account for that?
Irrelevant.

So what about the alleged unrest about Patson that pre-dates the Dublin incident that's been reported and how would you you account for that? I am wondering if there is far more history to this than we know that may answer what started this in the first place which may inform the Beale's (indefensible btw) actions.
There is a significant time line to this which may suggest that there is far more to this.
You mean the unrest we know about from the SMH and "unnamed players".
If there was any unrest before Dublin it can only be as she is a woman. Concerned about here expanding role and involvement in discipline is the line the SMH pump out. What disciplinary actions took place between the Lions and Dublin???? Of course her role expanded. She wasn't it it then she was, expansion!
Irrelevant.
Your analogy is junk. You use children as the euphemism, but we are really talking about highly paid professionals. Completely different things. So, if you supply the lolly jar and later on the kiddies are all obese with teeth falling out, its the spoiled self-entitled children who's fault it is because you said no and they didn't listen? So that fact that you told them is sufficient?
Just supposing you restricted the access to the lolly jar do you think the spoilt self-entitled kiddies would still end up obese and their teeth rotting?
Who were they supposed to tell? Di Patston, oops she already knew because Beale the mental giant copied her in on the message.Action needs to be taken against them too. Their lack of action also shows a total lack of respect. Plus if they concealed an act like this . In my opinion they are guilty too.

Unfortunately you are miles away from reality in your line of thinking here, but keep guessing.
Strange that she was on the group list and Link wasn't.Who were they supposed to tell? Di Patston, oops she already knew because Beale the mental giant copied her in on the message.
The more concerning thing is they continued to support him Argentina. That takes some explaining and seems incredibly poor judgement.
Um, have you read the threads about the discipline issues over the last few years? Its not new, and its not surprising.Your analogy is junk. You use children as the euphemism, but we are really talking about highly paid professionals. Completely different things.

What arrant nonsense. You mean the unrest we know about from the SMH and "unnamed players".

You don't seem to grasp the gravity of the situation.
Assuming she told anyone, dealing with it in house means EVERYONE gets sacked. At the very least the ARU get hit with a massive lawsuit when Patston decides.
If only she had, you know several years experience doing well in a similar role. Or if Link wasn't so disorganised Yobbo who decided that he wanted to waste his one crack at being the Wallabies coach by staffing with a bunch of people who weren't up to a job.
So because they haven't been cracked down on before, they deserve some sort of settling in period to getting used to behaving like decent adults.Um, have you read the threads about the discipline issues over the last few years? Its not new, and its not surprising.
She had a year or two experience in a much smaller more professional based role. Working in the CMC and working with the wallabies are a world apart.
Working with the wallabies or most sports teams is not something you do simply for the pay or to better your career. You do it because you want to achieve in your field, leave your mark on history and enjoy being paid to do something you love.
You make it sound like we could get the enthusiastic Tah's interns in to do it. You also contradict yourself.
No, it a professional role that requires a higher performer. Its a national team - elite sports.
As for being worlds apart, it begs the question about the recruitment process.
Edited my post, I was referring to the commercial aspect.
