Interesting NRL clubs saying "yes, we welcome him we welcome him!" then "Oh no, not with us. Somewhere else." I know that it's predominantly due to the timing (cough well done Khoder cough) but it's still indicative that they don't see his value as great as someone like Folau, for instance.

It's funny, I'm not the biggest fan of Cooper, but i actually hope that he does suck around and show every doubter what he's made of. That said, I don't think that the team benefits from a dare I say it, toxic influence as he has been of late.

The other and more pertinent difference is that the Reds went in to that game last near needing 4 points, basically needing to win at all costs. The Tahs went in to this game needing to win WITH A BONUS POINT to have any chance. The end.
