Two years of proper weight training and I've gained all of 10kg. Not a heavy, it seems.

Shot up in year 5 and I've played second row ever since. 19 now and a lanky 6'4" at 90kg, getting by mainly on fitness and being pretty light in lineouts - don't really have the bulk to play tight though, so I'm considering converting to the backs next season. Thoughts?

Completely agree, everyone was singing his praises this time last year and hoping he'd get the Wallaby captaincy. One little rumour and all of a sudden he's disloyal, egotistical, out of form and a princess. Pretty bloody fickle.

Was a couple of years below him at Barker. Big, quick and (at least at 1st XV level) pretty aggro. Haven't seen him play since schoolboy rugby, but he was a big part of our pack that won us the CAS premiership. Wouldn't get too excited, but a good signing.
