I think the problem is that he's the best 13 and 15 - he's one of our most consistent line-breakers and is by far the best player under the high ball, crucial aspects of those respective positions. Like you say though, now that Kurtley is playing well at 15, and because we don't have another 13...

Don't know whether it's the captaincy, but something definitely seems to be hampering him. He hasn't come close to replicating his Leinster form and it looks like he's still carrying an injury - he can barely change direction when he runs and he seems to slow down a lot before hitting the line...
