Wallabies v France - June 14 Etihad Stadium

On paper, that is a MUCH better Frog team. Not sure why the Aus papers are crowing on so much about Big Basta - on 6N he was pretty lukewarm and the northern hemisphere consensus was that Fickou was a much sharper proposition. The pack on the other hand looks pretty deadly. Everyone knows...

    FIRE UP WALLABY FANS!!!

In deepest, darkest pommyland, I'll be donning the lucky yellow GOLD budgie smugglers. The last time these bad boys made an appearance was at the 2012 London Sevens where we stuffed the poms in the Plate Final. IT'S ORRRRNNNNNN!

    Lions Watch

JSRF10 Hasn't Bowe had a lot of injury trouble lately? He's class but will he make it through all the warmup games? the plastic paddy - yep, absolutely picking on reputation. I think he's also a class act and will play himself into the team. Hasn't he also had a long injury layoff?

    Lions Watch

Agreed JSRF10 - if Sexton goes down, Farrell is far too limited a player to guide the Lions around the park. Would pick any of Quade, JOC (James O'Connor), Lealiifano, KB (Kurtley Beale), Barnes over Farrell. From an Aussie point of view, pretty pleased that Hartley and Stevens got picked. Hartley still too much of a penalty...

    Argentina

Thanks Cave Dweller! I'm planning on moving to Buenos Aires for 6 months in June so I'll definitely be looking for tickets to the Rosario Test.

    Brumbies V Force Round 1 - 2012R01

Interesting backrow for the Brumbies - White clearly doesn't care as much for balance as he does sheer size. A lot like the 07 Boks where the smallest forward was Burger. Are guys like Hooper and Fainga'a gonna struggle to develop under that sort of game plan?

    Size of international backs

My Welsh mates have brought this up too: Sure, they've got a massive backline but other than George North I'm not entirely convinced yet. Give me Diggers any day.

    Rugby Jerseys and Merch Deals

Did Cotton Traders ever make the "real" Wallabies jersey or is this just a knock-off? http://www.gumtree.com/p/for-sale/classic-wallabies-rugby-jersey/90012173

    David Pococks Eating Troubles

A mate of mine who went to school with David has some pretty telling stories about him too. My mate's a great water polo player and David played it as a summer sport for a few years apparently. They used to go on training camps where they'd have two sessions during the day and a game at night...

    ONE TEAM - positivity thread

Like a lot of Wallabies fans, I thought that anything less than a spot in the final would mean a failed campaign. Obviously we've fallen short in that regard. Despite that, I feel a hell of a lot more positive than I did this time 4 years ago. We're a young team on the rise as opposed to an...

RWC 2011 SF2: Australia vs. New Zealand

Well played All Blacks, simply a better side on the day. We really can't complain here - didn't play nearly as well as we could/should have whereas the All Blacks turned up and got the job done. Dagg, Jane, Kaino, McCaw, all outstanding.

Gold budgy smugglers. Was wearing them the day the Reds beat the Cru and in the 3N final. Bring it on.

Say It Ain't So!!! McCaw may be GONE...

Couldn't agree more. Plus, as an Aussie living in England, the thought of all the fair-weather pom fans who know four fifths of fuck all about rugby coming out of the woodwork...well...
