Waratahs v Brumbies Sat 22nd March 7:30 PM Allianz

Fuck tough night for @PhilClinton and the others that hate McKellar. Not saying he should be the wallabies coach but that was the display of a team absolutely on the same page and scrapping for each other. Outgunned on paper they took their chances and didnt let the brums play their game. Well done NSW (that makes me fucking sick reading it back).

The Brumbies scrum folded on the first two scrums in the game and BOK said play on. That's one of his standard plays. Scrum penalties only called when the ball does not come out.

I'll have to go back and look (I won't, but I thought it would struggle so was watching at the time..and it seemed stable.. but I will just believe you), but that scrum was kipished it should have been a penalty and if happened earlier it should have been too.

But you gotta take the ref out of the game, no matter the calls against you.. as I said earlier.. well done Tahs.. it was an exciting game, even though I think BOK and the TMO had an absoulte mare

Crowd of 20,500 is a 64% increase on last years corresponding game of 12,500.

But fark me that refereeing and TMO performance did the code no favours. Surely Super rugby needs to hold match officials accountable for rubbish like that.

Tahs now take on Hurricanes & Moana away. If they can win one of those you’d have to expect 25000 when they host Chiefs in 3 weeks. Win them both and it’s a 30k+ game with the Chiefs flushing out plenty of kiwis.

In Sualli we trust!

Noah wasn’t terrible but not great either. That’s him.

We have a country of 10s that each has an outlying strength but then a bad flaw. Noah is the one that is probably a 7/10 at all of them.

Donaldson gets a good chance this arvo v the Drua to push his case. He could also trash his chances if they go down at home with a bad performance. Then we’ll give it to the guy in the side that looks best in Lynagh.
