I think he would be a coach that is a draw for players to think about staying in Aus or coming home. Money talks the loudest but he definitely seems someone who is moving the needle currently. Not too many would give a second glance to Jamie Joseph

Gatland has a pretty good coaching record, actually. He was chosen to coach the British and Irish Lions on a couple of tours IIRC. He coached Wales to four Six Nations titles.
