Lington Ieli - Only LHP reserve chosen with Vella ACL. May have a regular role in the 23.
Timma Fainga’anuku - Minus 1 m and you have a Tongan winger with lots of NPC experience. But THP from Brisbane and Rebels had him on overseas pre season tour. Previous Aust Under 20 squad.
Eli Langi - Deleted from several versions of team lists. Played in 2024 Australian Under 18 Team as 6 from Brisbane State school.
Judah Saumaisue - Locally produced Melbourne Rebel was original squad member for Aus Under 20 but injured and played Dewar Shield local Melb comp. Selected by Fiji for Under 20 World Cup as a short Lock (1.91 m) plays 6 and hair like Rob Valetini.

He's one of the very last of that 2019 under 20s team to go pro and has been a real talent for UQ in the interim. Very keen to see him crack on now that he's getting his chance. Might also be a smokey for the Indigenous/Pasifika v Lions game if he can get a chance to show his wares this year.
Would be good to see his brothers get picked up too.
