All Blacks Non-Bledisloe Matches 2024

@KiwiM , I actually kind of thought that Blues were one of successful teams of using the hybrid type loosies. I think of Papali'i as almost a 6.5 hrbrid type player that I talking about. Even Saffas are going with a whole new style of loosie, no real over the ball specialist, a skilled running (almost midfield back style ala Ardie) No 8. Just the natural evolution of the game I think. I honestly think that's what is costing Sotutu his spot in ABs.
Just a feeling I got when I watch a lot of test rugby. Even the Irish, their loosies look interchangeable, almost similar build etc?

^ PT injured again:

"Darry has been handed a start alongside Tupou Vaa’i in what will be just his second test for New Zealand after Patrick Tuipulotu was ruled out with a calf injury he sustained in training this week..."

Good to see Rieko out of the midfield; it's a long since failed experiment. ALB is good, but would've preferred going all in with Proctor tbh. Caleb Clarke is surely a better option than two samey wingers. Sometimes you just need to run through cnts rather than only having this namby-pamby eVaSiVe nonsense available. Blackadder somehow continuing his gilded procession. Are we sure we have the right 2000s mid Cantab forward down as the father?

EDIT: And Stormtrooper Taylor as VC. Fantastique. I look forward to another 112 second Aumua bench cameo.

Guessing they went with Flapanara starting as they wanted an old head to give the forward pack the giddy up. Not much leadership in there outside of D.Paps. Vanishing Men Codie T and Ardie your cap and VC? Nervous.

Also guessing 1st year post RWC Razor will be rotating and testing all over the shop (Rieko/ALB/Proctor) until the 1st XV is decided upon for the Boks. Somehow the Jordie B at 2nd 5 narrative is just accepted as a given, zero scrutiny on him.

On the bright side, the bench is IMPACT. Looking forward to Will Goldenballz subbing on for Beaudy., no later than the 15th minute.

I can see if there is a bit of a gap DMac coming off and BB into 10. They have to give someone else a run there at some stage.

Been a weird ride managing Rieko from a top 2 in the world winger into a nothing centre.

Robertson banged his head too often with his cringe breakdancing that he seems to legitimately rate golden boy Blackadder ahead of Papali'i.

Darry off. Rieko at centre. lmao.

Lets go Argentina. Robertson's mob don't deserve to win this.

ffsfcukkkkjngLOLLLLL . Tentative up front. outmuscled., well deserved victory to Argentina

Work Experience Boy Vaai a speedbump on his own tryline.

Slackbladdar matadors them through.

To become an AB is to presumably have a point of difference over other players and half these pricks dont have it. Ardie would it kill you to clear out a ruck instead of waiting for your gloryboy 2nd man pilfer opportunity that never came?
The 2024 Blues, complete with all their unfancied players, sound fundamentals, and no dedicated attack coach, would do better than the 2024 All Blacks, with all their fancy coaching setups. Change my mind.
That Route 1 try to Telea made it all look so easy yet they never went back to it. WHAT PART OF KILLDOZER DO YOU HOT POTATO KUNTS NOT UNDERSTAND?

AB's NEED to be shot of Flapanara. WFT was he doinnnng

His silly little slow boxkick setup. Charged.

Zero sniping threat.

Jogging around from ruck to ruck only to hiff his slowpoke league passes to the backs and keep everyone under the kosh.

I don’t know what’s more concerning, the performance or the horrible turn out. Thought it might have been a wallabies game with that much gold in the background alas it was just empty seats

2nd test is at Eden Park so the narrative says "AB's fired-up backlash and they pile on 40". Razor goes with this weeks XV again as redemption selections or he swings the axe? Where is this bold new young coach we were promised who didnt know how to lose? All we've had so far is company man Fozzie reflux. TJ Perenara? Just fucking WHY? He's NEVER had a quick enough pass.

2nd test if I'm Razor.....

1. Ethan De Groot
2. Oddjob Aumua. Codie Taylor is a fucking journeyman. This time last year 63-year old Dane Coles was still preferred to him.
3. Tyrel Lomax
4. Lord. Tupou Vaa’i? LOL. This guy is a special kind of nothing. Ichabod Crane motherfucker is a snack to the boks.
5. Sam Darry
6. ??????? who the fuck knowssss here. Finau I suppose.
7. Dalton Papali’i. but I have a horrible, horrible feeling Razor is going to wuss out and go with yesterdays never-was man Sam Cane here....
8. Sititi/Sotutu. ohhhh so Ardie doesnt want to play 7 anymore? Sick of these shitty loosie alignments to compensate for this guys precious vanishing act.
9. Ratima
10. FUCKING JAKE PLUMMER. A 1ST 5 WITH A 1ST 5'S SKILLSET NOT SOME HOT POTATO SIDEWAYS-CRABBING MOTHERFUCKER
11. Mark Tele’a who knows how he'll go with some midfielders who can actually, you know, pass. Like these 2 guys;;;;
12. ALB. Drop Jordie for a bit. A black hole on attack. Motherfucker needs a Rieko-sized rocket.
13. Proctor
14. CC
15. Will Goldenballz

NZR is as dumb as that AB performance tonight. The Bledisloe is in Wellington in a few weeks. So they schedule a night game during the Olympics and wonder why no one shows up. Yet Hamilton gets no tests....
