    Portugal showing plenty here.

    RWC: Pool C - Wallabies v Fiji - Monday 18 Sep 2am AEST

I would be VERY careful with big Will here. No need to end his tournament by pushing things at this stage. We have other locks.

RWC23 - Pool B - SA, IRE, SCO, TON, ROM

I'm not that sure he is.

    Wallabies 2023

Different kind of strength from playing openside, Derp. It's all the core, spine and neck strength that builds up over years of playing in the front row.

Yep, I say we run with the same starting XV (with the obvious need for a replacement at 9 - probably White) and bring a proper lock onto the bench and Kellaway to 23.

I think you want to be very careful about converting players into front rowers, given the strength required and technical aspects. Chat about Hooper or Pocock at hooker is fanciful IMHO. It's not like converting a fullback to a five eighth like we did with Larkham.

Mbonambi isn't half the player Marx is and he's gobby on the park too, which pisses a lot of refs off.

I love how the doctors resident on GAGR can always be relied upon to lower the tone :)

You can get into a lot of trouble trying to overthink things, so going out to win a test match is always preferable

    Rugby World Cup 2023

Cricket asks if it's a joke to you? It's our national sport and unites the country more than any other sporting code. But Derp is right, let's complain about that in another thread.

    It was mentioned in commentary

    Rugby World Cup 2023

I never bother with the ceremony. I fast forwarded through the whole lot to kick off.

RWC 2023 - All Blacks pool matches

I was really surprised at how pedestrian the ABs looked in the second half last night, or maybe it was the cumulative effect of the French pressure and field position. The further the game went the more France looked like winning. The AB's looked way more dangerous in the first 20-30 minutes and...

Don't mind that team at all. I think Kellaway should be at fullback and I'm still not sold on Vunivalu, but overall it's a pretty exciting team. Plenty of strike power in that backline.
