TT From a theoretical perspective I agree, but we have worked through all the players and put pressure on them by bringing them up to compete and sometimes they were either too soon or they couldn't step up. Failure is a mixture of many things and this demise has been happening for a long time...

Agree, This is realistic but don't agree with o-4. I think we are looking for improvement in the other 3, to win 2 of 4 would be a solid success.
