Bledisloe #1 - AUS v NZL, ANZ Stadium, Sydney, August 8th

Both Sio and Kepu are better ball runners.

Bledisloe #1 - AUS v NZL, ANZ Stadium, Sydney, August 8th

At the start of the season I would have agreed with you. But the cameos from the bench from both Horwill and Mumm were outstanding. And Skelton's had a below average game against top opposition and a solid game against average opposition. That leaves a lot of questions to be answered: Can...

Fardy and Skelton in the second row? Nice try but we all know what that'll do to our already criticised scrum.

Bledisloe #1 - AUS v NZL, ANZ Stadium, Sydney, August 8th

Mumm was fighting hard for Fardy's place (or a place at lock) so even that is questionable. I'd still take Fardy though. I agree there are a lot of selection options Mostly good ones. Slipper is the biggest question mark IMO.

Bledisloe #1 - AUS v NZL, ANZ Stadium, Sydney, August 8th

I rate AAC (Adam Ashley-Cooper)'s performances over both Horne's and Tomane's.

That's a little hard. Foley's form in general play arguably better then Coopers and goal kicking Coopers was probably a shade better then Foley's. Whichever side you are on they are pretty damn close on form, none are stand-outs.

Damn that is quick for such a young age.

Nah, 10. Cooper / Foley 12. Lilo Much rather Lilo then Gits marking Nonu. Assuming To'omua is out.

I really want to see a front row of Sio Moore Kepu Slipper needs a rest and Holmes is best served from the bench.

How good are Allende and Kriel looking on attack. Very threatening. With our 2nd playmaker system our centres don't nearly look as threatening. Kuridrani could match it but we don't have the speed like they do. Once Allende starts reading defences well they'd be the top centre pairing going...

Pumas vs Wallabies, 25th July 2015, Mendoza

That's where I disagree. Horne was Horne in game 1. Meaning he was solid without being very threatening. Tomane was quiet apart from his try - where he showed how valuable pace is. On defence he looked lost at times - he will get found out against the AB's. Speight has pace like Tomane and...

I'd rather throw him into the deep end and see how he handles the pressure. It will do him a world of good before the RWC. He was absent for compassionate ground, no injuries, so his fitness should be good.

Why? The more game time the better before RWC. We already know what Tomane and Horne will bring. Speight deserves another chance.

Speight should be injected on the wing. He has the pace of Tomane and the defence of Horne.

Wallaby 31 players for 2015 RWC

I agree. It was a strange decision for Chieka to put Cooper on the bench. It should have been Lilo - he was flown to Argentina after all. Plus a Foley/Lilo combo would have been interesting. If To'omua goes down Lilo is the next best thing, he is becoming quite dominate into contact also...

Wallaby 31 players for 2015 RWC

No new kickers are going to be brought into the squad. Lilo or JOC (James O'Connor) are an off chance. None are good enough kickers to force there way into the squad. So the kicker will be out of Cooper or Foley - whoever starts. They are both inconsistent but both capable.

Wallaby 31 players for 2015 RWC

Anyways the Skelton V Horwill V Mumm decision is a tough one. Skelton's had a poor 1st game, Solid second game - plus his set-piece weaknesses might not be as big of an issue we first thought. Horwill with a superb effort off the bench Mumm with a superb effort off the bench. Glad our...

Wallaby 31 players for 2015 RWC

Well the wording suggests he was dropped at a team meeting where he wasn't present. Who knows. Will be interesting either way.

Yep. Looks like Hooper landed a direct punch and unless its a weird camera angle or something that is very very poor discipline from a vice captain. Lucky to get away with it.
