    Wallabies v Wales (Cardiff)

So you want Petaia to mark Jonathan Davis in his first test

    Reds 2019

I think the Kiwis have it right with the smaller protected part of each squad with the balance available to be part of another sides protected squad

    Wallabies 2018 Spring Tour

Any team that has a hooker or prop as captain has a plan as to who becomes captain after the 45-50 minutes. That plan maybe a player in an another position or the replacement. As 7s, it would work as well

    Wallabies 2018 Spring Tour

Happy to see an upgrade on the Pooper, but at the moment we are struggling to find an adequate 6, let alone a 6 & 8. On this years form Pocock is a better 8 than anyone we have, Naisarani wasn't great this season

    Wallabies 2018 Spring Tour

whilst I do agree, my only concern is that he has not played much and will be again expected be a test rugby player. I think there could have been an argument to let him have a full off season, and get strong and fit

    Wallabies 2018 Spring Tour

There have been many many 13s where the concept of draw and pass is only triggered when all other options have been exhausted

    Wallabies 2019 Thread

I can't see a world where AAC (Adam Ashley-Cooper) goes to the RWC instead of a fit Kuridrani Also, it Robertson gets back in time, he will go as well. We don't have many LHPs

    Wallabies 2018 Spring Tour

I think 10 minutes on the wing is more likely

    Wallabies 2018 Spring Tour

The wobs production line suggests that Petaia is due a bench spot vs Italy this tour - with more opportunity next season

    Wallabies 2018 Spring Tour

I tend to agree, the only caveat is if Kerevi goes down two days before England, is Petaia a starting option? or do we shuffle again?

    Wallabies 2018 Spring Tour

He never had pace, or a pass. He does have good defence, good jackling skills and is safe under the high ball Realistically, he is being looked at as cover for Kerevi and if he goes down ,.......

    Wallabies 2018 Spring Tour

With Hodge and Kurindrani both wounded there is no experienced back up, add to that Kerevi just back from injury - we need some back up

    Wallabies 2018 Spring Tour

Interesting, I think if AAC (Adam Ashley-Cooper) looks up to it he will be a gig, we are down on experienced 13s, hopefully Petaia gets a learners squad spot

    Wallabies 2018 Spring Tour

It is one of the reasons the Kiwis are simply better, they have an agreed and consistent approach to playing rugby. Whereas we can't even the Super Rugby coaches to get in the same room and we have only just agreed to share fitness data (the ponies didn't want to share apparently)

Wallabies v All Blacks, Sat 27th October 4.45pm AEDT, Nissan Stadium, Japan

As long as when they are called on to defend they put in and bend their backs - I hate arm grabbers

Wallabies v All Blacks, Sat 27th October 4.45pm AEDT, Nissan Stadium, Japan

If you want someone fresh to attack it is not unreasonable to lower their defensive responsibilities. After first phase it is pretty fluid anyway. But then the attacking team should be seeking out their prime attackers and making them enjoy the bottom of as many rucks as possible

Wallabies v All Blacks, Sat 27th October 4.45pm AEDT, Nissan Stadium, Japan

Looks like they are trying to sure up the lineout, which has been pants and needed to be sorted. Tirinui highlighted the stats that more tries come from lineouts than anywhere else But we lose running metres

I would have SBW running at Beale all night with Mckenzie trailing for the off load

    Waratahs 2019

It maybe a disaster, but the approach is sound and anything is better than watching rugby at the SCG

    Waratahs 2019

Yeah the CEO seems quite sensible, a sensible, lower cost training centre, gone are the stupid marque signings and the turning the negative of losing our home ground into a positive
