    Wallabies 2019 Thread

We seem to still be under the premise that a new coach will solve all ills This is cut from a comment in the SMH - food for thought

Nah, I am happy with the system as is, I want it to be the variant from the norm for units who have delivered over a long period at test level (and Skelton is no guarantee to be a starter as it is)

Wasn't there issues with his body as well - not being able to physically survive a S15/Wobs workload?

They will never get the same wages in Aus as they can O/S, they take and accept the discount for the ability to be a Wallaby That is the same premise the ABs use Frankly I don't think McMahon is worth $800k

With back foot ball combined with rush defences - there isn't a lot of opportunity to jam the gain line in attack

    Wallabies 2019 Thread

It all comes down to providing efficient, quick front foot ball. Without that they all end up 15m back

Well "if" he didn't do coke and demonstrated some from - probably As he did do coke and hadn't shown much form - no I will be interested to see if he can get over his back issues

Only because of Robinson being injured - we all of a sudden have THPs and few decent LHPs

He signed for them as a fat, unfit reserve winger, then got fit and demonstrated what he could do. But too late for the Tahs

    Wallabies 2019 Thread

Scrum has been OK at times only, the lineout has been shit all year (it should be the weapon to attack from), the cleanout is atrocious (inaccuracy = means committing to many to secure ball - which equals not enough at the next breakdown - which leads to turnover etc etc) That comes down to...

    Wallabies 2019 Thread

I think Pocock, Hooper, Haylett-Petty & Folau are the only units on the list at the moment The rest should be down to demonstrated form and fitness in the Super Rugby next season, I have question marks on everyone else

Tupou may have been running out of juice, he is a kid whose form has been a bit up and down -turning up to a test standard each week mentally & physically is a challenge for the best of them. I have to think that because Ainsley is on the bench o_O

    Australia v England

Yeah, I think the bench always highlights how a side is going to go. Both by looking at who is pushing the incumbents and who can make a difference coming off the bench
