So Kepu and Tupou? 2 THPs? I guess Kepu will play LHP reserve

    Waratahs 2019

Yep, but good sides do win those sides (against the odds working out a way to win)

Mate, in the olden days I you would play noughts and crosses on the back of someone who had "fallen" on the wrong side and then get pissed with them afterwards What happens on the field used to stay on the field

    Waratahs 2019

The Tahs consistently played great rugby with great intent this year. They played catch and pass rugby. I honestly can't complain about the intent or style There squad is not perfect, but the culture seems solid, they work hard and with one or two additions they will be OK. And Dempsey...

He was an 8, the 9 is the natural enemy of the 8 and all other forwards.

The Foxsports podcast had Cron on a few weeks ago, they are working through the search, I doubt if we will see a marque type signing though, they don't have the money

Australia vs South Africa 8th September

I am amazed we won that, it was ugly, but we got it done With those 3 down I thought we were ripe for the taking. But with Elton playing we always had some chance

I think it depends on their background, many have a background in rugby as well.

    Waratahs 2019

EPS at best, he was a wing\centre for a few eels games, sent to reserves to learn to how tackle and move. Moved to the edge row\second row and that didn't work either He then spent this season at Blacktown (a Manly feeder) and couldn't get a call up despite Manly having 1,000,000 injuries...

Or does To'omua step into 10 and Beale runs the wider channels The challenge with Beale at 10 is his inability to keep the attack square, under a rush defense he goes side ways well behind the gain line

Australia vs South Africa 8th September

Beale plays a lot of 10 from phase play for the Tahs, so the 30 months for playing 10 whilst literally correct, isn't. What gain in defense, we lose in the ability to play unstructured from phase using second lines etc

Australia vs South Africa 8th September

It will be interesting to see how long Nau & To'omua last, both have been loading the FF (Folau Fainga'a) miles

So the 10s on each side are what you could describe as "attacking minded"

His transition began at the back end of his tahs contract (he had already signed with Saracens), he finally started a low carb diet and drop some pounds after injury. It would be highly unlikely that these conversations aren't happening all the time with many players (Latu, Taquele, Beale...

It is amazing how many players are deemed "useless" early, will never improve and should be cut. Unless they then move to "x" team, then his faults was down to team "y"

It is interesting that units coming back look likely to be battling for bench and squad numbers at best. (I think Nau will fit that category by the RWC as well (good for a test level 30 minutes at best))
