I'm fairly certain he spent all of last year in Brisbane, so he may have been out of the Brumbies setup for a while. Also understand that he was training off-season in the Wider Reds set up.

Why is Morgan T dismissed so readily? He is only 26 or 27, has played for the Wallabies, and is looking fitter than he ever has before.

Largely based on potential, but if he is the No.1 choice for the Tahs, and I have nominated AAC (Adam Ashley-Cooper) as fullback and Digby at wing, and I don't rate Cross as highly, then it's not that fanciful. I didn't consider the 'crock' factor as Sheperd was in the other list.
