I had a few very minor buffering issues right at the beginning during the footage of the warm up and dressing rooms but after that everything run smoothly.

Yeah. With the NFL it's more of an add on to the highlights package. Not live in play.

I like the idea of this but the argument against this is the proficiency issues we already have kicking at goal. I've for some time thought that only conversions should be place kicks with as you suggest drop kicks being used for penalties. But I doubt it will ever be really be entertained.

With the exception of the Captain's Call which I'm not too keen on. I'm happy enough with the rest as alluding to what I said earlier. They are all about improving the flow of the games and not changing the very nature itself.

I'm fine with them. None of them are designed to fundamentally alter the nature of the game. More look to improve the 'flow' of the game. Which is something that I think is needed from an entertainment perspective. And that does matter. That's why I'm not too sure about the Captain Call in Super Rugby...

There was a really good long as played in prime time on 9 here in Sydney. Really pushing all the elements that make Rugby great. It's been a really refreshing experience to see the game actually advertised extensively for once.

The issue is they'll likely do everything in their power to scupper any plans that interfere with their structures. They are quite happy being the be all and end all of schoolboy rugby in NSW. Outside of a Cup comp. they won't want to change anything. What I'm suggesting is not asking them to...
