20 is on, Simmons? Who is off? Skelton?

Bit soft calling that Beale tackle high as well, seemed to hit the ball and bounce off.

That ball was still in and the Uruguayan scrum went sideways - THP turned right in, but McMahon followed for some reason. To'omua needs to come down a bit, he's trying too hard as well. Most of the backs are, they look desperate to get a spot in the A team.

Poor maul defence from the Wallabies, they had much better body height but under committed. They stopped it in the end, though.

That looked harsh on Mumm from the replay, he probably could've rolled a bit faster but the ball looked to come out quickly.

Those inside balls will unlock amateur defences most of the night. If they can calm down and stop trying to score with every touch they'll run up a huge score on poor Uruguay.

That's a technical call from the ref. Too easy, inside ball and a gaping hole.

Our wingers need to calm down instead of trying to score every touch.

NRC 2015 - the home stretch

Stars have the strongest squad of the Sydney teams, I though. They just have the worst depth in the comp.

Fantastically well worked try, much better. Force the short defence then good balls to find the overlap.

Great steak from Beale, good clearance from Phipps. Poor defence though to leave that hole. Then a ruck penalty for off their feet.

Good try, Phipps off the back with space drawing men in and Mumm into the hole.

That last scrum I meant, it had been fed before Uruguay took the weight off but they got a half arm.

I'm pretty sure this ref is looking to even it up for the minnow.

RWC: AUS v URU (Villa Park, Birmingham): POOL A; 9pm (AEST) Sunday 27 September

The ref waited forever to blow off that scrum, and he didn't want to blow off the previously one after Uruguay collapsed after being driven back.

Wow, that's even barely a penalty.

    NRC Rd6: Spirit vs Rising

Fainga'a has been the best of those three too I thought, so it didn't help that he was the one rotated out for this game.

NRC Rnd 6: NSW Country v QLD Country

Fa'agase can play both sides, although I think he's been a better tighthead. I think Fa'agase is a technically excellent scrummager, but his lack of size prevents him from taking the next step up. If you have seen him close up you'll know what I mean. The maturity of Tupou at 18 is amazing...
