    RWC: Australia v Fiji - 23 September 16:45, Millenium Stadium(24 September 1:45 AEST)

Moore and Douglas were the two forwards that stood out to me as really struggling. Moore looked almost afraid of hard contact for a while in that game, which is bizarre. Not sure what was going on there. And as mentioned, Douglas looked to be trying to put in effort, but his accuracy was...

NRC Rnd 5: Brisbane City v NSW Country Eagles

I don't think so at this stage, but I'm hoping he can be a good Super Rugby player. If he keeps improving and there's a few injuries he could get a game or two, who knows.

    Reds 2016

Gibbon and Laloifi and definitely worth considering from City. Laloifi had issues last year due to his lack of size, but he's doing better this year avoiding getting himself into situations where that's an issue. From Country, there's Perese too, who's just a kid.

Wallabies v USA Eagles, 5th September, Soldier Field, Chicago

Foley did what Foley does well - he he a running threat with short passes. Foley struggled with what Foley struggles with - actually providing cohesion to a backline and bossing it around the field, and kicking a few out on the full along with a few aimless kicks. We don't have a great 10...

    Nope. Was wondering the same.

Wallabies v USA Eagles, 5th September, Soldier Field, Chicago

All in! From the lineout, a mess of forming the maul had McMahon detach first, then some argy bargy.

Wallabies v USA Eagles, 5th September, Soldier Field, Chicago

Still 28 - 10 60 gone. A penalty gets the Eagles a lineout 8m out. Good defence from the Wallabies, then props Smith and Slipper combine to get a penalty at the breakdown.

Wallabies v USA Eagles, 5th September, Soldier Field, Chicago

TPN off, Hanson on. Turnover by the Eagles, then they knock on a bit later and Horne grubbers pointlessly ahead. Big hit from McMahon.

Wallabies v USA Eagles, 5th September, Soldier Field, Chicago

Giteau off, Cooper on. Confirmation that Foley must be Cheika's first choice 10 for the World Cup. Douglas being still on indicates that Cheika wants to see some more out of him as well. The makeup of the Wallaby backline would be interesting now.

That was some great leadup work from the forwards for that try. edit: and Genia.

Wallabies v USA Eagles, 5th September, Soldier Field, Chicago

Mumm takes a lineout but it wasn't close to straight. Commentators saying that Horne hasn't touched the ball on attack. That Eagles 12 has been a bit to handle. Beale takes a nice high ball under pressure. Some better work now and Horne gets a touch. Wallabies making ground but the...

Mumm is on too by the looks, is Palu off?

Wallabies v USA Eagles, 5th September, Soldier Field, Chicago

Some of those Wallabies pigs look exhausted. I assume they've been given no quarter from the fitness work for this game. Foley converts, 21 - 10 to the Wallabies.

Wallabies v USA Eagles, 5th September, Soldier Field, Chicago

    Big maul, McMahon in.
  15. Ash

Wallabies v USA Eagles, 5th September, Soldier Field, Chicago

Good maul from the Wallabies, 20m up field then McMahon another 15 off the back. Peyper has the Eagles for offside, someone was in his ear at half time. edit: that's offside for both teams already. Wild pass wild from Giteau bounces then Speight throws an intercept before we come back from...

Changes now. Genia on, Mumm on. Simmons off, Phipps off.

Wallabies v USA Eagles, 5th September, Soldier Field, Chicago

Players involved in a lineout can't cross the 15m line into the field until the lineout is over.

Wallabies v USA Eagles, 5th September, Soldier Field, Chicago

Ball lost as the maul formed, Wallabies good.

Wallabies v USA Eagles, 5th September, Soldier Field, Chicago

Another penalty against the Wallabies, Phipps offside from the lineout - crossed the 15m line. Technical stuff. HUGE kick from the Eagles - ball goes out 7m out.

Palu backs up with a missed tackle, and he wasn't the only one. Foley is found with a high kick on the wing, but he takes the mark.
