NRC Grand Final 2015: Brisbane City vs Canberra Vikings

There were plenty of points left on the park, but nice to see a lower scoring tight NRC game. That game was more like a Super Rugby game than an NRC game in a lot of ways.

NRC Grand Final 2015: Brisbane City vs Canberra Vikings

Vikings scrum is on top, both lineouts have been a bit wayward with maybe the Vikings been a little worse.

NRC Grand Final 2015: Brisbane City vs Canberra Vikings

Vaea gets a turnover and Powell kicks it out to end the half with City up 13 - 10 at half time.

NRC Grand Final 2015: Brisbane City vs Canberra Vikings

Laloifi with some magic, grubbers ahead but the ball takes a cruel bounce in goal, he slips and misses it and the Vikings can clear.

NRC Grand Final 2015: Brisbane City vs Canberra Vikings

Abel yellow carded for tipping Hunt after he offloaded the ball. Looked pretty fair on the replay, unfortunately for Abel and the Vikings. City then don't find touch with the penalty. McIntyre has been really sloppy today.

NRC Grand Final 2015: Brisbane City vs Canberra Vikings

Both scrums are fairly dominant on their feed, but the Vikings scrum looks a lot better. Both teams have been pretty sloppy but the defence has also been pretty good.

NRC Grand Final 2015: Brisbane City vs Canberra Vikings

Frisby in after Butler doesn't hold onto him on the ground and he gets up and goes again. McIntyre misses a relatively easy conversion. 13 - 10 to City.

    NRC Semi-Final 1 - Vikings v Rising

Thought the biggest difference between the two teams was the set piece, especially scrum.

RWC QF 4 AUS v SCO (Twickenham) 19th Oct 0200 AEDT

Who are they? City vs Vikings vs Rising vs Stars is what I (and more should) care about!

RWC QF 4 AUS v SCO (Twickenham) 19th Oct 0200 AEDT

I read the entire thing this night. That was hardly any censure of qwerty, and that was pages later. You've never responded like that with a personal attack to any other generalisation, have you? A warning would've been fine, an over the top personal attack was cheap, especially when...

RWC QF 4 AUS v SCO (Twickenham) 19th Oct 0200 AEDT

No offence cyclo, but there's been lots more sniping at Reds fans you've let go. I think that's an over the top reaction when there's been plenty worse, particularly from the guy he was responding too, unless we can expect the same reaction from you when qwerty says something similar the next...

NRC Rnd 7: Sydney Stars v Brisbane City

Brisbane City up 37 - 0 after 20 minutes. Predictions of an upset may be a little of.

RWC: AUS v URU (Villa Park, Birmingham): POOL A; 9pm (AEST) Sunday 27 September

Cooper had two handling errors and one pass to no-one. He didn't do a lot of the handling errors people here have attributed to him. Those were the three turnovers in ESPN's stats. http://www.espnscrum.com/scrum/rugby/match/181985.html Beale played well, but then those criticising Cooper...

RWC: AUS v URU (Villa Park, Birmingham): POOL A; 9pm (AEST) Sunday 27 September

He had one pass to no-one all game: less bad passes than either To'omua or Beale? It was his goal kicking and yellow card that was the concern, nothing wrong with the rest of his play at all.

RWC: AUS v URU (Villa Park, Birmingham): POOL A; 9pm (AEST) Sunday 27 September

I thought that To'omua was like a lot of the other backs in the first half - he was trying too hard to do things, ending up throwing a few wild passes. He settled a lot better in the second and ended up having a good second half.

RWC: AUS v URU (Villa Park, Birmingham): POOL A; 9pm (AEST) Sunday 27 September

At this stage, the second team isn't needed as much so they could now cover their bases and call in another hooker for Palu and I guess a second rower for Skelton if he's gone, although they could opt for Higgers or Vaea if they want another flanker.

RWC: AUS v URU (Villa Park, Birmingham): POOL A; 9pm (AEST) Sunday 27 September

Do you think that Foley is a Test level flyhalf though? Great running and support, goal kicking back on song, but the rest of his game isn't up to scratch at the moment. Lack of vision and ability to control / organise a backline at Test level really worry me. Foley will get the nod without...

RWC: AUS v URU (Villa Park, Birmingham): POOL A; 9pm (AEST) Sunday 27 September

Cooper may replace To'omua on the bench, he's shown what Foley lacks around the field - mainly vision and creativity. Phipps has been very good and will be putting Genia under lots of pressure. Mitchell and Tomane were very disappointing early but improved as the game went on. Same goes for...

RWC: AUS v URU (Villa Park, Birmingham): POOL A; 9pm (AEST) Sunday 27 September

Interesting the Kepu went on the field ahead of Holmes? Holmes has a knock maybe? Mitchell with a great break, but Cooper can't handle the ball from Kuridrani under pressure from the defence.

Ireland 2011 in the pool, England 2007 in the quarters, right??
