Wallabies v Italy, Florence, Sun 13th Nov 12am AEDT

Players need to be rested because Test rugby is hard on the body. 5 games in a row, two being the 1-2 teams in the world, There is always going to be rotation. Get over it. Every coach would have done similar (and will do similar come RWC). Why you continually mention the Brumbies is beyond me...

Never said they did. Was just commenting on how bad all our Hookers are at throwing the last 5 years. If Fainga is one of the best throwers there is something seriously wrong with that.

No. I was talking all Australian Hookers. BPA and Uelese included. I don't recall them being great throwers. My point was Fainga 2-3 years ago was seen as the most accurate thrower of the international prospects BPA, Uelese included. That's how bad Aust Hookers are at throwing.

Porecki is only an average test level player. If you want a forward pack to win the collisions and dominate the contact zone, Porecki ain't going to do that. He is getting better around the park but I still find he lacks so much impact compared to other international counterparts...

Anti-Red? Before this game I was calling for Tate and McReight over Gordon and Hooper. Plus I don't get the Wilson non-selection. Your just another poster who has his anti-Red/Tah/Brumbie radar set on extreme all the time. I disagree with this so much. What is Rennie suppose to do? Play...

I'm actually one of the posters that thinks Noah has had plenty of game time. How many caps does he have now? 20? I think that's plenty for an under-developed 10. Test rugby isn't a development ground. I have no issue with how Rennie has managed him. He's been given plenty of shots and he's...

There are none. Remember 2-3 years ago all the Hookers missing throws and Fainga was actually the most accurate one. Yeah that's right, Fainga was the most accurate thrower. That's how bad our hooker depth is.

A couple of weeks ago I was saying how Foley should be done because of his errors, but there is a huge difference when Foley is on the field compared to Noah with the cohension of the backline. Foley at least makes half breaks and gets an offload away. The backline looks much more organised and...

That's a weird defence for why McReight was average. He had his chance and he didn't fire. Can't be blaming Samu and Hanigan for that.

Very average. No-one should be arguing him to replace Hooper anytime soon. And that includes Hooper's average performances lately.

Sorry but I think this lose proved your statement wrong "elsewhere our stocks have never been stronger". There is such misconception in our depth. Take our 9's. Meant to be our position with the most depth but White, Tate and Gordon underperform regularly. Likewise at lock. Even at 7 with...

I liked Skelton too. Was used often and always took a few men with him to bring him down.

Hardly noticed him playing. Same with half the other team. Samu, McReight, AAA, all very average. So many of us arguing for them to be first choice but they showed us tonight why they shouldn't be. Campbell looked poor too, he didn't back up from last match. Despite a few poor offloads, I...

    That was poor by Donaldson.

I recall Cheika (i think) using Skelton like this year ago in the line-out. Seemed to work fine. But it's not the same platform. The backs will get the ball in a less ideal position (not as many forwards locked up in the line-out) and secondly there is less chance of a maul from that position.

Noah really does need to step up. But I don't think it's all make or break with a full super rugby season to play. For a young player, he could easily carve it up at super level (showing all the game management skills he's been lacking) and be right back in the picture. In contrast, I think it...

This is a really interesting comment at my first glace the team seems really experienced. Guys like Skelton, Samu, Gordon who are very experienced rugby players but have't got quite the amount of caps to there name. Then you got young guys who have adapted quickly to test level: Ikitau, Frost...

He has but now he can scrum. Still scores a fair few tries from 5 metres out.

Nah even as a Brumbies fan I'm keen to see what Donaldson can bring.
