Scoey, I finally got to see highlights of the match, late on Monday night, on channel ONE. Gill's field goal was a beauty, and well-timed, given that the half-time hooter had just sounded. The Reds tries were all great to watch, so plenty to build on there.

Smiler has a knee problem! .............. It got in the road of Sam Carter's head as Sam was falling to ground, after being ankle-tapped, resulting in him failing the concussion test. Smiler needs to keep that knee under control!!

Excellent news, and should be of long-term benefit to both parties!

The word is that Sam sustained a 'head knock', and failed a concussion test. I'm not sure about his calf. He was driving to Sydney today, for a Wallaby camp, so he mustn't be too crook!

Prior to the Reds AGM, it was suggested that three Directors would be standing down. Did that actually happen, and if so, who were their replacements, and are they likely to be any better than the retiring Directors?!

Sounds like this match was one to "listen to"', rather than one to "watch", (although, at times, it was tough listening to it on ABC 612)?!

Emuarse, you've nailed it in one! In my four decades in business, I learnt that businesses , or organisations which "can't get the little things right, with struggle to get the big things right"! The Reds fucked up the jerseys last week, it appears that they they fucked up the long-term...

So you say the jerseys were grey. Well, they were a different "shade of grey" to the socks (which were much lighter)! Queensland: Once Maroon, then Red, then Red and White horizontal stripes, then White, and now dark grey/light grey. I wonder if I will live long enough for me to see them appear...

Ha, ha, Reg, Mrs Doug did too, cheering for the wrong team on several occasions, but she did the same last week, cheering for the team in "red"! How dumb are we thinking that The Queensland Reds would actually wear a "red jersey"!!! But then, we do (originally) come from NSW! 2016 ARU...

So Reg, what you are telling me is that the Reds new "Home Jersey" is blue (as in The Queensland Blues)?! Why did the Brumbies need to wear another colour when they were playing a team that, up until the end of 2015, traditionally wore red?! If blue is our new colour, then, I don't like it...
