None of the City v Griffith game scores got ’ugly’ as some people suggested they might. All 3 games were competitive. Mateo went into the 1sts game injured and Bozic basically played no part. Ah well! City were the best team all year and proved that in the GF. Great GF day dominated by 2 strong...

I was laughing at some of the things that the guy said but was a bit worried some people might not be as broad minded as you Bubba! Just as a way of gauging the degree of confidence in predictions out there would any gamblers take $2.00 an all up City/City/Reddies/City?

Did you listen to the commentary while you were watching the live stream Whistle? If you did what did you think? Pretty colorful hey?

Went past Exies club this evening. Everything set up ready to go for a great day of rugby tomorrow. Looks good. Hope visiting clubs enjoy their day.

I reckon the Blacks v Waratahs game in first grade is 50/50. Griffith had their best team on the paddock last Saturday. Waratahs should hold no fears coming up here on the weekend. Good field, good facilities. Whichever team wants it the most will win.

Everyone has City over the line as premiers. Maybe $1.25 betting proposition. Most people don’t have Waratahs as even making the GF. Last time they met Waratahs beat City. Everyone has Blacks winning on Saturday. Last time they met Blacks won but arguably the result could have gone either way...

Aggies could easily have beaten Blacks last weekend if not for a dropped ball over the line. They should beat Albury. Having said that Blacks will not be playing this weekend while Aggies will have the advantage of another run on Saturday. I reckon that Aggies win this weekend and start...

Not sure either team can take a lot out of City/Blacks game. Neither team seemed to string many phases of play together. City should be concerned about conceding so many penalties. What happened when City had a player yellow carded & also received a penalty at the same time?

Is the finishing order likely to be 1 City 2 Griffith 3 Waratahs 4 Aggies? If this is the case will this mean that Waratahs will have to play Griffith at Griffith in a semi final? Blacks really pumped Waratahs last time they played up here. If Waratahs were to finish 2nd Lindommer’s $2.40 looks...

The big 3 now seems to be Blacks, City & Waratahs. The landscape seems to have shifted at least a bit recently. Before this weekend’s City & Griffith game are Bubba, Whistle & Mauler (or any other interested persons) willing to frame a betting market re 2022 winner. I reckon City $1.70 Waratahs...

Reddies only had 21 players for the 3 men’s grades on Saturday Whistle. Fulfilled their commitments & played 3 games from what I can understand. I only watched 1st grade. Reddies certainly have some good players but it was obvious they were just exhausted.

Everyone is saying that we should have reacted after Leeton’s capitulation. We had 2 1st grade teams having a bye every weekend before that. For every week Hay played 1 2nd grade game potentially 7 other teams couldn’t play. Next season we need to work from 1st grade down when doing the draw not...

With most rounds being a bye-athon & clubs being unable to field teams SIRU is struggling at the moment. Tahs 3rds are probably gone for the season anyway given they forfeited 2nds yesterday. I heard their 1sts only have 6 of the original group of preferred players running around in the team...

Blacks have good recent form but Waratahs are usually confident against Griffith so maybe the Blues 1 - 12. Bulls will probably be too good for Steamers and Aggies in a close game against Reds. If Waratahs 3rds situation is covid related they should survive. If not….

I did hear that Griffith travelled to Wagga with a 3rd grade team only to find when they got there that Waratahs were forfeiting. 1st & 2nd grade Blacks were at Tumut. Surely a travelling team should be given more respect.

Don’t comprehendo Mauler? Isn’t there only 4 first grade teams playing this weekend. Griffith, Tumut, Waratahs & Albury.

City, Aggies, Waratahs, Reddies, Albury & Griffith - top division. 1st grade, 2nds & Womens. Next division Hay, Leeton, Tumut & a 2nd Griffith club. One team clubs. Last year Griffith had over 90 registrations.

We can surely agree that attempting to include Hay into the draw as if they were a club instead of a being a single team hasn’t worked. People won’t want to admit it but if we don’t change the way the comp is structured next year so that all players get consistent opportunities to play, SIRU...

You’re right in that way Bubba. Away record not that great. Blacks do have trouble sometimes with work commitments. A lot of our players do shift work & can get called into work with little notice so that can cause havoc on game day. The club did have a dreadful attitude towards travelling in...

Disagree with Bubba re Griffith & travelling. Unlike past eras Blacks travel as well as any other club these days. Having said that I reckon Steamers might win. The other games probably go the way of City & Tahs. I wonder what impact the lack of playing opportunities this year ( 3 1st grade...
