    Waratahs 2013

So what is the full roster for the 2013 Waratahs? If it's already been quoted would someone let me know the page on which it was quoted and I can look it up.

    Brumbies 2013

I sincerely hope you're wrong E&E, but it does look like a massive challenge for him.

    Reds 2013

That has got me thinking. How many ex schoolboy rugby players who've gone to the Toyota Cup are in a squad EPS? Sounds like a good recruitment strategy.

Who should be the next ARU CEO?

Has anyone been watching the weekly half hour show on Foxtel that features the Reds? They look to have become a very smart organisation. Maybe Carmichael could transfer those skills from the Super stage to national level?

    Is intent enough?

Somewhat agree with this post, but not entirely. I don't think intent is enough all the time. It's a state of mind that's closely aligned with belief, and you also need the commensurate skillset and execution levels to be consistently successful.

    Western Force 2013

Hynes would add enormous value to the Force squad. I'm surprised he is still contemplating Super footy, I thought the knees were shot?

    Reds 2013

I thought Browning was over 190 cm. He probably looks short because he is as wide as he is tall......built like the proverbial brick shithouse. Can play though. I've been impressed every time I've seen him and he doesn't look to be afraid of the tough stuff.

    Brumbies 2013

Be really good to see both Lealifano and To'omua enjoy full seasons next year. That Brumbies backs squad is looking pretty deadly. What is a possible starting line? 9. White 10. Lealifano 11. Tomane 12. McCabe 13. Smith 14. Speight 15. Mogg perhaps? That leaves the likes of To'omua and Prior on...

    Brumbies 2013

I'm sure I heard that Murday had been running around with the Wider Reds group, so maybe he has returned to Qld and is in the Reds College?

    Reds 2013

And UJ was 23rd man for a game, or was it two..... so he was close as well.

    Reds 2013

I'm guessing that he will have to put some runs on the board in 2013 to warrant another year in the EPS setup, even if it just means killing it at Premier level as another stage in his development. He'll probably also get another crack at Under 20's, so plenty of chances for him to reward the...

    Reds 2013

I'm totally serious. He is still a teenager who didn't get to play in his last year of school due to injury, but was still selected in the EPS because of potential recognised by some good judges (Link et al). It remains to be seen whether he fulfils his early promise, but I definitely think he...

    Reds 2013

Interesting that Browning is apparently in the Reds College rather than the Academy setup. Hard to believe that the ARU wouldn't have him as an identified talent.

    Reds 2013

I think that's right so maybe he should be cut some slack.

    Reds 2013

Interesting EPS selections for sure. Is this Kevin Davis'third year in the set up (Academy/EPS)? Can anyone from Uni comment at how far along his development has come and whether he looks to have the goods to step up in 2013? Enever and Butler kind of pick themselves, having made their debuts...

    Foreign recruitment

That is just too funny....:) (because I can't find a laughing my arse off icon).

    Reds 2013

Reds 30 now confirmed, so now it's just the EPS to be announced. You would have to think Enever and Butler would be two of the five.

    Qld Premier Rugby 2012

Did he not use his inititative to go the Bronco's for a year, then trundle himself off to ACT to play club, where indeed he did get noticed? Mogg actually stood out in that Norths team, but he did have some schoolboy pedigree (AUS A in 2007) so was not a complete unknown. Maybe the likes of...

2012 Australia vs New Zealand - 20 Oct

Agreed, he would seem a more natural at 12 than 13. having said that, he offered more at 13 the other night, than most who have been tried in that position recently.

    Qld Premier Rugby 2012

James Hanson is a fine player who has worked very hard to be where he is. More to the point, he was never going anywhere else but Uni, given his bloodlines.
