Wallabies v France - June 14 Etihad Stadium

I wouldn't mind seeing Skelton come straight into the starting line up for a 30 minute hit out. I also think we looked much more dangerous with AAC (Adam Ashley-Cooper) in the 13 channel and would like to see more of that now he has learnt to pass.

    Wallabies v France 1st test - Suncorp 7 June

Interesting to note that he swapped with the French 13, not his opposition winger!

    Wallabies v France 1st test - Suncorp 7 June

I agree on this. To'omua was clearly better than Foley both in the 10 and 12 channel. He is a born test player - strength, composure and gets all the 1% ers just right. Here is hoping he stays injury free for a long time - potential to become worlds best 12 by RWC.

    Wallabies v France 1st test - Suncorp 7 June

My view is that Link is picking a safe but short term option. Moore has the opportunity to captain into the World Cup but Link has told them the captaincy will be re-evaluated next year. This will give him up to 20 minutes each game to evaluate Hooper who is more likely a longer term option...

Harold Holt is still swimming. I have faith in Pocock getting to where he wants to be.

No what I read was 'rubbish hearsay'. It isn't smearing it is just a statement of what occurred. Hard to smear someone with a fact.

Does it concern you that it is true? This is a very credible source not 'rubbish heresay'.

A little birdy has told me that Moore often if not always votes against splitting equally. Apparently even when one time he was the only person in the squad to vote that way. This is what I have been alluding to with reference to him never being selected as captain.

White is probably shading Genia at the moment, but my gut feel is that an average Genia game is on par with a good White game. Genia's best game is much better than White's best - he just needs to deliver it for the wallabies and he will justify selection.

    Force Vs Lions Rnd 15

I think Walsh is doing very well - a good and practical handling of most games.

I really don't know who I'd choose - I would need to know the leadership abilities of the less experienced guys, but my point is we don't just have to limit it to the best player for the sake of it. Issues with the experienced options: Horwill - not in form Moore - suspect there is a very...

    Brumbies v Bulls R15 2014

Mogg was terrible, unfortunately so was Kurindrani. AAC (Adam Ashley-Cooper) firming for wallaby 13.

    Reds 2015

Funnily enough I reckon Taps has been our best back this season. Not huge competition but he has made metres and beaten opposition players in each game.

So when he is asked a question such as 'what do you like about being a captain', and he says 'it is pretty cool to lead the side out and make decisions' - that is being articulate? Anyway we shall see. I he is as good as you all say he should be captain of the Tahs already.

I find it hard to picture Hooper as a natural captain - leader on the field for sure, but he doesn't come across as particularly sharp or articulate - those things are important when it comes to referees and journos. Not that we have had many captains that have those characteristics. As far as...

Not in the evidence of tonight's game. Beale will be the wallaby 10.

    Left field selections: - Slipper - To'omua - Fardy

To'omua will be 12. One of Beale or Foley 10. Good chance Lilo is the one on the bench.

I would prefer Beale than Foley. He has a much greater upside. Beale can defend at 10 and attack at 12 or just maybe be the 10. He would make a good combination with To'omua.

    Reds v Rebels, Sat May 17 @ 7:40

Same as punching I guess. Looks like everything goes these days. Although with the Moore there was no doubt as to the intent.
