Australia v Scotland, 3:00pm 17 June Sydney Football Stadium

You only have to watch a Super Rugby match between an Australian team and a New Zealand team to see that!

If we NEED him, then God help us!

I'm guilty as charged, tragic! Several weeks ago in a text message to Sam Carter, I suggested that he needed to add goal-kicking to his skills, and become another John Eales. (It's in his genes, as a common relative in the 1920s was a goal kicker, and our Son was an above-average goal-kicking...

Can't argue with any of that BH! I'm not biased beyond the realms of reality, though!! Sam's Super Rugby form has been consistently good, otherwise he wouldn't have beaten Pocock for the Brumbies' "best forward of 2016" award. Will be interesting to to see who the three locks are in Bris Vegas. Maybe...

So much logic for one post, BH. Sadly, many Carter-critics (I won't call them 'haters') have just substituted the name Arnold for Skelton!!

I agree Scrubber, that's why Mrs Doug, Miss Doug, and myself will be taking the train from the Goldie. We will, however, wait until next Saturday to make that trip!!

If the 'right' team is picked, I see Australia winning by 13 plus!

Wallabies v Fiji, 3pm Sat 10th June, AAMI Park, Melbourne

Never thought I'd see the day when a Fijian Rugby player "took a dive"!

Wallabies v Fiji, 3pm Sat 10th June, AAMI Park, Melbourne

    What, no Jarryd Hayne?!!!

Wallabies v Fiji, 3pm Sat 10th June, AAMI Park, Melbourne

I assume you mean "apart from the Captain of Australia's most successful Super Rugby side in 2017"?!

    Where to for Super Rugby?

"Every where but here" doesn't have Aussie Rules, IS. I've never been involved in Gold Coast junior Rugby, as our Son started in the colts. I would say that currently most local clubs would only have one team per age-group, multiplied by 8 clubs, (someone here may know a more accurate number)...

    Where to for Super Rugby?

Some might say it works both ways, IS: e.g. The Shite Shield!!!

    The Wallabies Thread

Hey Scrubber, is that the Millard "Capri", or was the "Capri" the 16 ft model?! We had several great holidays in my In-Laws Millard "Capri" [plus annex], at Shoal Bay (Port Stephens, NSW)! Life was much simpler in those days!!

Well done Brumbies, I'm looking forward to seeing the highlights on "Super Rugby Extra Time" at 3 pm Tuesday, on ONE.

After that, we could excuse a non-Rugby person for asking the question: "Which one of these teams is being considered for expulsion from the Super Rugby competition"?!
