1/3 chance of win/loss/draw if we’re assuming equal probabilities ;)

Wallabies v Springboks, Sat 10th August 2.30pm AEST @ Suncorp,

A Bomb Squad implies the existence of a potentially dangerous explosive. I've seen how this movie goes before.

Petaia, Tim Ryan, Quade, Lynagh and HMP, even Tupou are just a handful of Qld examples that would fall into your definition of 'overhyped' by media / public commentary at some point early on in their careers. It's by no means just a Tahs thing.

    Refereeing decisions

I've never thought about this before and you've ruined my Thursday

Wallabies v Springboks, Sat 10th August 2.30pm AEST @ Suncorp,

I'm hoping there's a couple of 'leakers' in Wobs camp who are getting a good kick out of this today.

Nothing less should be expected from of a capped Wallaby winger and Try of the Year recipient.

Bobby V to do his best impression of renowned winger Radike Samo?

    Northern Hemisphere Rugby

Understandably a fair bit of uproar over this - can’t blame the RFU for looking for a quick £100m though https://www.theroar.com.au/2024/08/06/sold-its-soul-cash-strapped-english-rugby-slammed-despite-securing-transformative-200m-deal/

Not confirmed confirmed, but yes as there was a death in his family this week

Is JOC (James O'Connor) looking extra thicc or has he fallen victim to the 0.5x pic?

Whoomp, there it is. You're becoming too predictable BR.

Wallabies v Springboks, Sat 10th August 2.30pm AEST @ Suncorp,

IIRC he kicked a fair bit in his last couple of seasons for the Reds, with a pretty reasonable level of success. His lack of kicking at the Rebels was probably more due to his move to the centres. I'd certainly back his kicking over Marika's

Wallabies v Springboks, Sat 10th August 2.30pm AEST @ Suncorp,

That's an enormous result for 'just' a Rugby Championship game (pls no one draw and quarter me, you know what I mean). There could still be some life in the old girl yet.

QPR fixtures have also been brought forward where possible at the request of QRU, but school comps were unwilling/unable to do so

    Western Force 2025

The point being that there are so many other factors at play that would have likely influenced players' decisions, regardless of RA involvement. Let's not forget that the Force have picked up Swain, Robertson, BPA, HJH (Harry Johnson-Holmes), and a few others for next season - on top of White, Stewart, Donaldson...

    Nela signing is official

    Western Force 2025

So basically, you’d like RA to manage and distribute talent how they see fit, unless that means blocking a Force signing.

    Western Force 2025

Fortunately for us, there are several pretty damn good rugby journos in the country. I maintain that if there was a story as big as RA placing a blanket ban on signing for a team, and players are happy to let it be known, then there is absolutely zero chance it wasn't broken.

    Western Force 2025

If it was the case, and ex-Rebels are more than willing to share that, it would be remarkable if the journos had missed or passed up that story given the media climate surrounding RA and the downfall of the Rebels.
