    Western Force 2025

Off topic so apologies Force fans and mods, but what's the general vibe like re: the Olympics outside of Paris? Festive, couldn't give two shits, or somewhere in between? And congrats on the wedding.

Even smaller comp in '26 than the previous few as well - 10 mens teams (+ 8 women's and 8 wheelchair)

I can't help but feel this is a bit of a 'get in first' from Peter V'landys / Loig before the real World Cup in '27.

    Queensland Reds 2025

He's been active on Twitter as recently as today, so hoping it's just a GaGR holiday and nothing more

I believe they've done a last minute single camera setup for a tour match another year, so it could be a chance.

    Wallabies 2024

So 6 weeks, reduced to 3 weeks for mitigation, take another off for head contact school, and serve the ban across two club games he was definitely going to be released for. A proper education in rugby maths.

    Wallabies v Georgia 20 July - Allianz Stadium 3.45PM

You're not going to find consistency by creating false equivalence through straw man arguments, unfortunately. The criticism of Wright's quick tap was around it being perceived as a poor decision in that specific context, not the existence and benefit of the quick tap more broadly. But you're...

    Wallabies v Georgia 20 July - Allianz Stadium 3.45PM

Your ability to turn every topic of discussion into one about Tom Wright cannot be described as anything other than impressive.

    Wallabies v Georgia 20 July - Allianz Stadium 3.45PM

I agree it's gotten worse recently, but to play devil's advocate, the quick tap isn't really going to be an (effective) option regardless if the ball is in the hands of the opposition. By the time the ball has changed hands and taken back to the mark and gotten to the mark, a quick tap it really...

Wasn't offered a new deal - don't think the Reds have signed him, so just a free agent trying to stake their claim.

I can't recall - is Vunivalu injured, or are we finally looking to move on?

I don't think it's been announced yet? These fixtures have typically had pretty late announcements for broadcasts IIRC

I'm not really expecting many if any Wobs released tbh - although those definitely outside of Joe's vision for the RC probably should be. I'm expecting a very similar team to Wales regardless.
