Wasn't it - "Evil will triumph if good men look away." I stand by my comment that any official that entered the field of play or fight area (outside of trainers trying to restrain their players) should be banned for life - the same with parents. Extensive penalties for the players and clubs...

Sorry, if the coach and parents ran on the field - life bans. The field is the domain of the referee and his/her assistants. Maybe, a trainer holding his own players back might have a case.

St Doms is part of the MCS; they play in a third term union comp (after the completion of the league comp) in the U14s and U16s. One round about 5 games then straight final 1v 2. Mate, it was more a light-hearted comment on the perceived bias against CCC boys being non-selections in NSW School teams no matter what is put together on the field. Good Luck to Declan, but ISA is not CCC.

HJ, What you express is fine, no argument. My beef is that the selectors of NSW Schools are not independent, pre-dominantly GPS, CAS etc. Therefore, the selection system is bias. Take a look at the U16s NSW School Championships results over the last few years and tell me that no CCC player...

Congratulations to these boys, especially Tepai and Michael. I hope you also seen my post re: CCC selection numbers in Aust School League teams on the 'Selection Bias' thread.

The best you can do would be to run the trials earlier; giving the selected squad more time together and maybe a few more trials but then the CCC would lose there HM and SG ball reps from trialling if it is any earlier. I have not got the scores but I know MCS won 3 of their 4 games. The NSW...
