Despite the general shit show that was our general play, the lineout functioned quite strongly and we pressured a number of English throws..........

I'm not sure if bringing Simmons back into he starting team is going to make any improvement.

Not very happy with Phipps ATM but he has been targeted by the Poms big time.

Don't know if Pickle would make a difference

IMO England will change their game for the third test. They played the way they felt they needed to to win the series. Job done. They won't have Haskell for the third test and they so will try and throw the ball wider at least early on. If Jones keeps saying that he intends to play same way as game 2, then it's a sure bet that he will change.

Early days but IMO
1. Slipper (VC)
2. TPN (C) for service given over the many years - maybe just once)
3. Holmes
4. Simmons
5. Coleman
6. Mummy
7. Hooper
8. Carter
9 Phipps
10 Lilo
11. Morahan
12. Horne (VC)
13. Folau
14. Kerevi
15. DHP

16. Chibba Hansen (give Moore a rest from the 23)
17. Sio
18. Kepu
19. Horwill
20. McMahon
21. Leroy
22. Frisby
23.Foley
Dunno if Carter can play 8 but if Pocock can then so can Carter. Hooper needs to try and play 7 and remain bound at the scrum

When do the seedings get decided for Japan?

May 2017. Not ideal, but a hell of a lot better than last time.

There'll be scrambling for 1st seeding and 2nd seeding.

Not updated from the weekends matches yet (bloody World Rugby), but the 2 big fights seem to be for 2nd-4th, and 8th. NZ are a nice chunk ahead of everybody else, but 2-7 are all somewhere in the mid 80s, none of them will likely drop below 7th, but all 6 sides should have an opportunity to stay in the top 4.

While 8th seems to be a dogfight between us, the Japanese and the French.

My lord this forum produces some of the dankest group-think I have ever witnessed.

Foley had an average game - but a lot of 10s would have in the same situation.

Then everyones bagging him for his performance in the first test - he wasnt bad at all! I thought he lead the team around quite well and created a fair bit that game (see his beautiful wideball for our second try and his absolutely mouth watering marvellous pass to Folau for his try).

Lets not throw the baby out with the bathwater.

I do think Foley is better with a creative 12 outside of him, and I think the whole team would be better served with another distributer(sic) / kicker in the backline.

I've told you a million times not to exaggerate.

8. Skelton
9. Frisby

12. Kerevi
13. Folau
14. Morahan
15. DHP

16. Sio
17. Kepu
18. Moore
19. Mumm
20. Hooper
21. Houston
22. Phipps
23. Foley

I don't recall you ever commenting on one of my posts?

Hardly an exaggeration either if you gander through several users posts over the last few pages.

Edit: Holy shit it just hit me. I'll see myself out then.

That's not a bad side Reg, I think Cottrell would be a better selection at 6 than playing TPN out of position though.
