I have to agree with Growden that Link should stop these halftime stays on the field. Showing the opposition exactly who is injured and where.

Has Link ever given an explanation for the stay on the field at half-time tactic?

I can't really see the advantage in it and no-one else seems to do it.

Matt Burke can quietly fuck off too. That article about Link's tenure is just fluff shit.

But this is about the game.

What is the forecast likely to be? Rain or storm I'm guessing, given the shit we have had this year.

The investigation running in parallel to this week of training will suck, but we need to fucking focus and smash these black shirted bastards hard to restore some pride

Link should get everyone together in camp and they all - as adults - should fucking agree to put shit behind them with neither Beale nor Patston there

Does Burke have an axe to grind given it was Link who dumped his arse out of the Tahs?

Burke is proving quite the petty little shit. Some could say the Kevin Rudd of the Australian rugby community.

Anyone have any ideas for a placard to wave at the game? I think a positive message albeit tongue in cheek, limited to 5 words?

He has explained that before. Something about keeping the atmosphere of the game at hand, helping to not drop focus during the break. I think it was in response to the Wallabies having poor starts to second halves so he wants them to feel like the game is still going.

I don't see any point in Lealifano suddenly leapfrogging into the starting side.
It's a great opportunity to give Kyle Godwin a run. He appears to be a similar player to To'omua and should slot right in.
He's the future.

Contrary to the widely held belief that Lilo has been shit this year, he has been reliable, albeit without setting the world in fire in NRC. He has the runs on the board with half a dozen caps, has the combination with Kuridrani at Super Rugby level, and he was brought into the squad before Godwin, so he gets first crack at 12.

On the Skelton start, I had assumed Link would start with Simmons and Horwill, but I can see the benefits in having Big Will start. With Horwill and Skelton as the locks, we have two locks to truck the ball up in Palu, McCalman, TPN and Moore's absence. If Skelton looks out of his depth or tires quickly, we have insurance in Simmons on the bench. The scrum is a concern though, especially as both locks have come on in various games this year and the scrum has faltered.

Lilo at starting XV is a fkg joke, he was a shit this year. I prefer Godwin, I dont know, I prefer to improvise with QC (Quade Cooper) at 12 or even Folau. After his injury Lilo hasn't been the same, not even his kicks are as effective as before, the only reason he was an international level player.

PD: Sorry Brumbies supporters
