I just hope AAC (Adam Ashley-Cooper) gets selected. It's not unheard of for the Wobs selectors to deny a bloke this significant milestone (or delay it).:)

Aka "the Nathan Sharpe". Ironic that Robbie gave "the bullet" as they call him, the bullet for what would have been his 100th.

I have to agree with Growden that Link should stop these halftime stays on the field. Showing the opposition exactly who is injured and where.

I think the opposition have their own game to worry about. They can tell who is injured by the amount of strapping or physio they're getting during breaks.

But again, if they've got time to notice. I'm guessing they're busy trying to execute their own game plan.

Agreed. Never really been a fan although I sorta get the idea - stay focused and in touch with what's happening out there or whatever, but I would think that getting a chance to huddle up in a tighter space would better allow these guys to clear their heads rather than staying out there.

Really starting to worry about this game. It is going to be extremely difficult for the Wallabies to put this weeks drama behind them. As much as they are professionals and should be able to things behind them it is going to be difficult. The ABs are going to be after blood.

I hope Link gives Hodgo a fair crack this time. Too often he is trotted out as window dressing to appease Force fans by having one of our number in the Wallabies squad. The guy leads by example, toughness, work ethic and that's exactly what we need for this game. Get a gold jumper on Godwins back while your at it. He'll give the team a different look and he isn't carrying the mental baggage of countless AB defeats....plus he can play!

When is the last time that the Darkness lost two games consecutively?

Last time NZL lost two games back to back.

20/8/2011 SAF 18 - NZL 5
27/8/2011 AUS 25 - NZL 20

It was a RWC year. Did they really care losing 2 on the trot?

before that
25/7/2009 SAF 28 - NZL 19
1/8/2009 SAF 31 - NZ 19
Beat AUS on 22/8 and then Lost a third game to SAF in the Tron 32-29 on 12/9

before that
7/8/2004 AUS 23 - NZL 18
14/8/2004 SAF 40 - NZL 26

and then
5/8/2000 AUS 24 - NZL 23
19/8/2000 SAF 46 - NZL 40

Bottom line, it is not often the NZ rugby team to lose two games on a trot (about every 5 years). I'm expecting a bit of a Blacklash in Brisbane.

Funny Wamberal, some fella asked me that after Wallabies beat ABs at Suncorp in 2011,just before WC, I had to inform him just before they went on a 16 or 17 winning streak that was stopped by losing 2 in a row. I think he was meaning to get me worried with WC coming up:)

Why bother with Lealiifano at this point?

Is Godwin injured?

I would start Hanson, and drop Alexander out of the 23.
